As you know we had 3-4 days of electrical and water issues. The property staff was very attentive once they understood the severity of the issue which made our stay on Tuesday night through Friday difficult. Half of our family decided to leave the property a day early because we weren’t sure of the outcome of the pending issues. While we appreciate the wine and efforts on our behalf we need some kind of compensation for the difficulties our entire party experienced. It is my intention that this review remain private and not effect the future bookings of this lovely property

Fantastic House

We had a great weekend with 7 extended family (aged 59-90). The house was a perfect lay out with multiple living spaces and private bedrooms. The kitchen was out of this world, and the pool table a great success. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had the best time celebrating my husbands birthday at Lannan Beach House. Very well designed, Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Marvelous kitchen, great bathrooms. Family enjoyed the pool table. Location to town easy. Our 13 year old grandson loved fishing on the beach.Only negative were the mosquito's.Hopefully next time we are NZ we will stay again.

Relaxing holiday

A lovely huge living area with 4 big bedrooms on each corner and surrounding a top kitchen dining, 2 lounges and snooker area. One smaller bunk room for the children. Excellent ensuites. All top quality appliances and linen. Excellent indoor outdoor area. We would have liked access to kayaks though as the beach there was unswimmable due to an algae blanket that is across the southern beaches on Waiheke at present. Such a shame. But walking distance to Oneroa around the coast.

Beautiful luxury home in a stunning location

We had a wonderful two night stay with our friends and family. Excellent kitchen and grilling immensities, beautiful dining space, very comfy beds, tons of space to relax and a great hot tub to star gaze in. We saw so many shooting stars! Don’t hesitate, just book this place.

Awesome property, beautiful house inside and out. The deck was amazing during the day catching the sun and the fireplace inside was perfect in the evening.

Family birthday celebration (Mother's 60th)

Ideal for family of 12 with bedrooms and discrete spaces for escape (TV pit, chairs on veranda, pool table area, spacious lawn, beach) The large kitchen with multiple ovens great for cooking large celebratory meal. Outdoor eating a pleasure with quiet beach at edge of property. Beach great for swimming at high tide but unfashionable for tourists rendering less populous than other beaches on island.

Highly recommend this gorgeous home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. We went away as 5 couples for a long weekend break (without the kids) and this property had everything. Big spacious open plan living, with gorgeous views and decking the whole way around. Amazing huge kitchen that had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect as is central to everything and the check in and out process was easy and the staff Bookabach staff were lovely. We will be back!!
