Beautiful home and incredible view

We loved our stay at this house. It was a perfect layout for our group and felt much larger than the square footage, because of the outdoor spaces and separation of bedrooms. The house was very well appointed and the pool was fantastic. Only shortcomings were: some minor maintenance issues with the house (floors warped, light bulbs, towel hook broken), the lack of bedroom closets and dressers (we had to keep our luggage and clothes on the floor), we had to call every time we needed the hot tub heated or the pool lights turned on which was inconvenient, overall the rental process was less friendly and welcoming than many other rentals we've had. They seemed more concerned about us having a large party or being outdoors after 10pm then to be friendly and thankful for our business.

constructive critisism

Property was beautifully made, location was great and we enjoyed. Here are some things which could be better.1. add on fees are high, ultimate bill was twice as high as per day charge.2. there were multiple cleanliness issues-like roach in fridge. water clogging in one of the showers, a scorpion on the floor. These issues were promptly corrected by management.3. Swimming pool was dirty with algae, we did not swim, even though weather was beautiful.4. Kitchen only had very large pans to cook. An update could help.Over all we will come again and recommend to friends, if these issues are addressed.Thank You.

Loved it!

I stayed at this property with some friends and we were glued to the pool and back patio the whole time. They've created a wonderful atmosphere to relax. It's also only about a 30-minute drive from some beautiful hikes on Lake Travis. Would stay here again!

Amazing Views

Even though the lake was low the view was just beautiful. I never wanted to go inside. My favorite was the screened in sunroom and the outdoor fireplace. Perfect for kids and adults.

Lakeshore dr experience.

The property was nice. However the online description is not totally accurate. We had 14 in my group all family. We needed Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for five families. The property only has four bedrooms with access to three bathrooms with showers. The outside bedroom and open pool shower were not what we expected? The property was clean at first look, but has a heavy accumulation of dust and spider webs. We had spiders in the bedrooms and one in the pillow of my 7 year old cousin. She was in one of the top bunks screaming. The outside bedroom had a scorpion pay a visit on two other family members! Please consider taking the time out to have a pest control inspection and treatment of the property. Overall we had a good family gathering and will definitely use your service again.

Upscale lake house

The property is stunning and right on the lake with amazing views; we loved watching the deer in the evenings from the back patios. The screened in patio is perfect for morning coffee and reading and relaxing all day long. Lots of space but the stairs are a definite consideration especially with older family members. Beds are very comfortable (except for the outdoor/pool bedroom which the teens ended up not using because of that and having to go across outdoor patio to get to main house for a bathroom). Wish we could have given it 5 stars as it is a fantastic property but did not fall in what I would consider a luxury property. It felt like the house hadn't been used in some time and hadn't had a thorough check before our arrival. The tablet that controls the pool and hot tub had no charge, batteries were dead in remotes for outdoor TV and we alerted management but had to wait for them to be delivered by Amazon, the notebook with instructions is minimal and print is faded and difficult to read, some of the linens were stained, pool towels and some of the throw blankets are worn, and there were a fair amount of cobwebs. We chose not to have the pool heated but used the hot tub daily (and often multiple times per day). That seems to have been the biggest source of miscommunication with property management as they couldn't tell us how to turn the jets on and to ask the pool guy on Monday. He didn't come until Wednesday and advised us the jets are just for circulation and it's not a spa type hot tub. That evening the hot tub wasn't working and we weren't kept updated on the circumstances but eventually were able to speak to a pool maintenance person who walked us through troubleshooting and we eventually got it working again. Also note that though the property amenities note kayak/canoe they are not available for use by guests. We should have questioned as it also says "golf" but we assumed there was also a golf cart but weren't concerned about that since none of us are golfers. So overall, though our family had a good time and did enjoy the beautiful property we have some problems, and while they were eventually corrected it did detract from our enjoyment while on vacation. We are hoping to try again but maybe later in the season when things are running more smoothly.

Mom and Sons Annual Trip

Beautiful home, great communication, easily accommodated 17 of us. We struggled with the heat in the hot tub but guarantee it was a user error. The only suggestion is to have more large glass bowls in kitchen. Callout that the 2 king master bedrooms do not have a door for the attached bathroom for privacy- add a pocket door?
