クリークビューでは、キャンプをしているように見えますが、都心にいるという便利さがあります。

Nice place to stay with dog

Thanks much for allowing pets. The neighborhood was okay to walk the dog in. Park by river was the best though.

Very good play to stay

We were there to help move our daughter into college and it was a good location and was a really nice place to stay. Sitting on the balcony and hearing the water and watching the ducks was a very nice addition.

Clean and convenient.

Clean and convenient. Close to all downtown locations, and you get a reserved parking spot right next to the unit. A great option to a hotel room for two travelers, much more space for the same price as a two queen bed hotel room.forforsimilar price.

Loving Oregon

This location was good for proximity to various wineries. It rained very hard but we still went to 3 locations with beautiful views we could hardly see. The condo had everything we needed. I fortunately slept in the room closes to the creek and the sound of water put me to sleep.

clean little condo on beautiful Mill Creek

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean. We had what we needed. You can hear the neighbors upstairs moving around in the evening and at night, but I was able to fall asleep and their noise generally did not wake me. This place is very convenient to downtown and Willamette University.

Clean, Quiet and Close To Amenities

This was our second stay with the owner. No issues at all. Generally walking distance to downtown and most amenities. Will certainly stay again if we’re in town.

GREAT CREEK VIEW

My friend and I stayed at this cute and clean condo for 4 nights and found it to be well appointed, clean and with a wonderful view of the creek from the balcony. It was so nice to have the sound of water at any time. The beds were very comfortable. Amanda was detailed in her instructions and the property is wonderful and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Great Creek Side Location

Loved the creek side location. My mom kept her window open all night to listen to the water, and we enjoyed tea on the balcony in the morning. We had an issue with the condo when we checked in, but the landlord was very responsive and addressed the problem quickly.

Salem OR 2-bedroom condo

Condo has a lovely location next to a roaring creek in central Salem and was well maintained and furnished, clean, and comfortable for my 2-day stay. Wi-Fi was having some problems and the backup network was slow but I think it was fixed by the time we left. Would only recommend adding an electric kettle to the kitchen.

High School Graduation Stay

The property location is less than desirable but the unit itself was very nice. A lot of homeless people frequent the area. It was pet friendly but there was not very many close areas for pets to go. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

First time in Oregon

The unit is nicely appointed. Rooms are of good size. It looks recently updated with new flooring, appliances, plumbing fixtures. The balcony overlooks the creek in back. Nice place to sit and have morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Location is right on edge of downtown central to everything. We were in town for our grandson's wedding and this place worked super.

Family stay

It was us our son, his wife and grow son. With all 5 of us showering daily we never ran out of hot water, and the pressure was fantastic! Daughter IL and I both have chemical sensitivity. Amanda rocked at giving us a safe clean place to stay. We even took our own sheets just in case. But we didn’t need them slept great. No lingering smell . Close to everything we needed and close to the fairgrounds where our Convention was held. all the way, thank you so much Amanda!PS,love the sofa bed too

Salem Condo

Cleanliness, directions and check-in were flawless. Unit was in an old building but all appliances and fixtures had been updated. Cabinetry in kitchen and bath were clean but old, possibly original. Primary concern was location, (multiple homeless individuals seen within a 1 block area). We also discovered a bed rail broken where it connects to the footboard. (We fashioned a work around to use the bed.) Overall we will probably pass on using this unit again for the reasons mentioned.

Take a second look. When we first arrived at this property, we felt concerned. The building is old, it is near a medical office for indigent patients and the first thing we heard was the train. Fortunately, when we settled in none of that mattered. The condo itself was quiet. Sitting on the back porch was delightful, listening to the creek and enjoying a drink. The location was ideal for walking to a highly rated Mexican restaurant, a wonderful coffee house and the farmer's market. The boys enjoyed the evening at an axe throwing business around the corner. The condo itself was clean, but definitely older. The experience was overall good.

Clean, quiet, well stocked. Located with a running creek behind unit with shady balcony. It is on the edge of the downtown with shady residential neighborhood for walking to the downtown restaurants.

My husband and I are both originally from the area and returned after college. We have a young son and an older German Shepard. We no longer live in the area but own several properties there and have a WONDERFUL management and cleaning team!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We fell in love with this property when we first saw it. It is such a unique setting of being right on historic Mill Creek. This immediate area is where Salem truly started and just down street is the site of the original settler Mill. This is a mid-century modern building that was built in the 1964, it is VERY well maintained and well-built with unique stone aggregate siding. It is not a new building but it is well built with large units and an amazing location right on the creek. All units have been updated, but please be aware of the age of the building as some people have commented it was older. It has a lot of character that you do not get in a modern building.

Location, just a few blocks from the Willamette University, the Oregon State Capital buildings, the Willamette River, Downtown Salem and about 1 mile from the Salem Hospital. Large units which all have a view of the creek!
