The home itself was nice and location was great. Lots of space and it was relatively well cleaned except the downstairs master bathtub. The host was communicative until after the fact. When we arrived at 1am on the second night (as we told the host would be the case), the code that was in the welcome email through VRBO was not working (yes, I have a video to support this). Host did not respond until about 7am the next morning (I understand that people do not wake up in the middle of the night to respond...and I also have screen shots to support this). Pri apologized stating that the code should have been programmed by the property manager. As the trip went on, host stated that he had sent an email from his personal email with the correct code. While we had acknowledged the receipt of a welcome email, the assumption was that it was the welcome email from VRBO. The email from host personal email had the code used for other site's bookings and that code also was the one that he gave that morning that finally worked...after we had to sit in the car in the driveway all night with a crying 3 year old. In short, host decided that it was our fault for not checking our SPAM folder and stated such. When we kindly requested a full refund, we were told to "don't push it" because he was being nice by refunding 50% of that night. I don't recommend this host. If you are confident you are able to get in the home, book it. Location is fine and the home is okay. Host seems dishonest.

Great location for Disney visit.

It was nice, would have liked the pool/hot tub to work better. Cost extra for heating the hot tub and pool👎 There was no extra toilet paper, paper towels, soap for wash machine. Towels were super cheap and not nearly enough of them. The pool stick’s in the game room we’re all broken. A few minor adjustments and it could be perfect. Overall nice stay.

Wonderful home!

The home was great! Plenty of space for my family and plenty of things for us to do. We had one incident with the guard at the gate. My husband forgot his gate card at our rental home and when I met him at the gate they told us we weren’t allowed to do that and that he had to turn around and come through the visitor’s gate to get verified. When he proceeded to do so she became very rude and unprofessional and we later found out she had our cards deactivated! The ladies in the office were very apologetic, but the experience was very unpleasant and could’ve been avoided had the guard explained the policy instead of being rude.

Dirty House

I am not sure this house was really cleaned when we stayed here. I kept socks on the entire time and they were covered in dust and hair within minutes. I actually felt gross the entire time. I did purchase my own cleaning products to try to make it feel a little cleaner. The couches were sticky and dirty. The towels had stains on them. The garbage already had garbage in it. The bathroom floor in one of the upstairs bathroom was very gross. There was a small hole in the floor with red around it. What on earth was that?! I had to cover the floor in towels in order to feel a tiny bit comfortable stepping in there. The pool was also VERY scummy and smelled just awful which stinks because we did pay to heat it. I understand the hurricane could play a roll in that but it’s clear it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There were dead frogs and lizards on the bottom of the pool. A pool cleaner did eventually come thankfully so it was clean the last few days. Our garbage didn’t get picked up at all while we were there and the bin was already full so we had to leave our garbage just piled up. The pool cues were also not usable. We have stayed in a few houses at Emerald Island and loved them but needed a larger house this time. I would not recommend this house simply because it was very dirty. I think the owner may need to look into finding a new cleaner!

Excellent communication from host. Beautiful villa with generous amenities. Very well equipped with good bedroom space for a big family. The very slight negative, which would not put me off visiting again in any way, was that the property clean before we got there was not great. The bed linen and towels were freshly laundered and no problem but I did have to clean thick dust off the headboard of the bed and sweep in the corners where there was fluff and hair. The kitchen equipment had been wiped but very smeary and needed a quick buff with a cloth to make it more appealing The host is excellent and very reactive. I noticed that the key box was broken when we got there and she swiftly had someone out to fix it. I fee that the cleaning team may have let her down a bit. The situation of the villa is great as you can get two big cars on the drive and park two more on the street. It is elevated so you don’t feel overlooked.The furniture is great quality with super comfortable beds and sofas. Plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped games room. My granddaughter was a great fan of the Frozen bedroom. We had the pool heated which was great. The kids loved it and one of them learned to swim!Fantastic home and very sorry to be leaving.

Great villa location and size

Having been to emerald island before I already knew it was a great location for the disney parks and other attractions. I searched thoroughly for the right villa for our party of 8 i needed a villa that had a south/west facing pool as we like to take a few rays after a long day at the parks and extra bedrooms for our party to move about ,so this villa was as described and quite private as well ,the host pri was easily contactable with any queries I had but I would like to suggest a small welcome pack of essential groceries for guests would be good especially after a late arrival on a long flight all in all i would consider this property again if we came back with the same number party
