Everything went smoothly, and Avecita is really responsive. Center location, quiet neighborhood, clean. The only thing I'll improve are the mattresses (too soft, and one of them was noisy). One twin bed is also noisy.

The location was exactly like it was in the picture. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The location worked for our mini stay for the wedding. Centralized to everything. Avecita was a really great host.

Felt like at home

I absolutely loved this home it look Exactly like the picture it’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood the house was clean and neat came with a lot of kitchen ware to use if you didn’t feel like going out to eat. The bed was so comfortable everything about my stay was wonderful also the manager checked up on me to see if I needed anything and her husband stopped by to take the trash to the corner so it can be picked up I would recommend this home to anyone who traveling or just need a getaway. It’s a nice cozy house feel just like at home

A month of happiness!

Since I spent an entire month (Feb 2023) here my experience will be different from those that stay only a few days. It is a very quite, family area, very safe and easy to walk around and note all the home styles and landscaping. There is a very ample back yard which my grandchildren enjoyed. The owner had small cars and a gear set for my grandson to play with. The bathtub and highchair for my granddaughter was new and in excellent condition. The beds, couch, and dining chairs were extremely comfortable which is of major importance to me and my adult guests. Everything was clean, but the rooms would benefit from some new paint. Our small issue with the TV was resolved very quickly. All the basics are provided. My extended stay involved buying plastic wrap, foil, a drain pad for washed dishes, and storage containers. I have found this is the norm for long stays like mine. The only true issue was the water temperature for the shower. Water in the sinks were hot but the shower was not. The owner was gracious enough to have a plumber come over to see if he could raise the temperature. Being an old system there is not much room for adjustment. The temperature did improve and was comfortable, but not what I consider hot. It has to run for a long time and I never added any cold water. My only suggestion is for a deep cleaning of the floors. I used the mop provided, but after a shower the bottom of my feet were quite dirty after walking around on the tile. The home is in a good location. It is very close to the Hard Rock Casino and 20-30 minutes from various attractions and restaurants in Ft Lauderdale. The beaches are also about 30 minutes away. I could easily get onto the highways to travel to Miami and elsewhere. Major streets having clothing stores, chain restaurants, pharmacies, hair and nail salons, Publix etc are only a few minutes away. There is a large selection of Central and South American food in the area to try. More upscale restaurants and seafood require a ride. The home provided me with a comfortable retreat from the cold. Everyone who stayed with me was happy with my choice. The owner is a lovely person and very responsive via text. I had a wonderful month in the warmth.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay

The Host was very responsive. The neighborhood was nice. And house had lots of space. Close to many stores and beds were very comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Everything was perfect and instructions as listed on the profile. The only issue I had was figuring out how to lock the front door but other than that it was perfect.

Holiday stay at Estrada's Cozy Vacation Home

The house was ideally located with respect to my vacation plans. The house itself was cleaned and had readily available almost everything imaginable. It would have been nice to have access to the backyard purely for relaxation purposes. I would definitely consider staying at Estrads's Guest House again once the opportunity presents itself.
