We enjoyed how it was out of town but very close at the same time. Was quiet and safe with a wonderful large balcony to enjoy. Bonus, only 3 minute drive to silver dollar city.

Great condo

What a great place it had everything we needed. It was in a great location close to so many places but yet a nice quiet place to relax at. Loved sitting on the back deck and enjoying the birds in the morning

Great place!

This was perfect for our family of 5! The kids loved the bunk bed room. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Our family enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings and swimming in the pool. Will stay again!

Perfect!

We had a great time at the property! It’s perfect for families. We won’t stay anywhere else, but Notch when in Branson. Ended up buying season tickets to Silver Dollar City so we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Clean and close to SDC

We were unable to connect to the internet despite accurate WiFi info. The beds were very comfortable. The proximity to Silver dollar city was very convenient.

Perfect for our family of 5

We have a blended family of 5 and this location had everything we needed. It was in a quiet and relaxing area away from the busyness of Branson but close enough that we never had to travel far. We got to check out the private lake on a morning hike and recommended doing so. It was quite beautiful and worth it. 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again!

Quiet Retreat!

This location was perfect! It's out of the hustle and bustle, but so convenient to everything. It's an older resort, but has been maintained nicely. We had everything we needed and it was nice and quiet. There were plenty of things to keep the kids entertained from swimming and basketball to hiking and bear hunting!🤣 We will definitely book again!

Very nice, clean unit. Good location.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. The large back deck was very nice and private. The area was quiet. The condo was clean and in a good location, not too far from the strip and attractions. Would definitely stay again!

Comfy and Clean Stay

We enjoyed staying here for a short trip to Branson. Right down the street from SDC so travel too and from was a breeze. This condo was super comfortable with all the things we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!

Enjoyed our week long stay in Branson. Had never been there and being out in West Branson was nice to be away from the crowds and noise. Condo had everything needed for quick and simple meals. Would highly recommend and would stay at this location again.

Perfect location

We got there about 30 minutes early, but driving 8 hours didn’t know what to expect for traffic. Upon arrival the mother and son were there cleaning. I told her we could leave and come back, but she was very understanding and said if we wanted to bring our stuff in that would be fine. The condo is very conveniently close to SDC. Everything was as described and would definitely recommend to others. Didn’t go to the pool, but was only a couple buildings down from where we were. Had a great week.

Super clean and comfortable

This was a great stay for my mom, aunt, sister and myself. The property was super clean and we definitely got a home away from home experience. It was the perfect location to get to all of the places that we had planned to go to and it was quiet and relaxed.

Amazing!

My family will no doubt return when we visit Branson in the future. The location is perfect and the condo was perfect for my family of 5. Notch Estates is close to Silver Dollar City but away from the crazy busy hustle and bustle of Branson. The trails, playground, basketball hoop and pools on site were a bonus for my kids and sitting out on the huge back deck and watching the beautiful birds was awesome for me. The condo was well stocked, clean and welcoming. It was very quiet and has established quiet hours posted, which I’m sure is appreciated especially by those who have small children or reasonable sleep schedules. Highly recommend!

Suggestions

The property was clean, and it was comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no pizza cutter, wine opener, or good cooking spatulas. BBQ tools were scarce. And no dishwasher was more inconvenient than I had expected.

Great location. Plenty of room for two adults and 4 boys. Netflix available. Back porch backs up to nature trail. Tons of birds to watch. The only criticism would be the hot water. Only three of us were able to shower before the water got cold. And we were taking 5 min showers. Other than that no complaints. Would definitely recommend.
