Comfortable and fun

We had a lovely time at this home. The only issue we had was that the pool heat wasn’t working yet when we arrived and the outdoor lights were out, but both issues were rectified within a few short hours after a quick and easy call! We enjoyed our stay here, plenty of space and enjoyment for both children and adults.

Family Fun

Awesome experience overall. Loved the theater room with xbox setup. Brought our own apple tv. Small pool was enough for little kids to enjoy. Nice water park in the resort.

Beautiful Oasis

The property was beautiful and fit the needs of our family. We would stay here again. The only issue was the over was missing a handle and the sofa was ripped.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 9. It was so much bigger in person than it looked in the photos! We loved having our own private pool, movie room, and a bathroom for every single bedroom. We also ate at the clubhouse that was on property and the food was wonderful. I would 100% book this exact same home again if we come back to the area. One thing I would note if you do book this property is you have to call at least 48 hours ahead of time to pay for pool/hot tub heat. Definitely worth it!

Nice but

Was a beautiful property but they need new furniture. The couch had a huge tear, the game chair was broken and one of the outdoor chairs was missing a screw when we got there. It would be nice to have a coffee filter, garbage bag and dishwasher soap for each day so you don't have to go buy a full package along with a full roll of paper towels and full roll of toilet paper. The house had lots of room and the resort was great. We would stay here again

Good Size/Location for extended families going to Disney

Overall, the layout/size worked well for our family. However, we were not impressed with the property management. And I realize this may be a covid staffing/holiday week issue but frustrating nonetheless. Some examples of our issues: the door in one of the master bathrooms was partly hanging from the hinges and would not close. The toaster did not work. One of the dishwashers was broken (thankful there were two, but would’ve been nice to know one was broken before completely loaded). One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was hanging off and would not work. The lamps in two of the bedrooms were broken/didn’t work. The outside garbage can had a lot of unbagged stinky trash. The rules say that you will be charged $25 if you do not bag your trash, so we didn’t want to be charged for this. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. There were no kitchen towels, washcloths or hot pads. We paid for a pool heat but it was not turned on and took two days to work. All of these issues can happen at any property, but we have always had good property management who would respond to issues. However, that was not the case with this property. We called for 4-5 days in a row about the trash before it was finally handled. The guy we spoke to was very nice and apologetic but I guess he couldn’t get anyone else to take care of the problem. The listing is very clear about only providing one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which is fine, but it took two days before they even provided that— and we had already bought some. We also bought kitchen towels and hot pads (never came). We asked for functioning lamps day 1 but that also was never addressed. The men in our party rehung both doors so that they would function— after days of no response. Our younger kids asked to leave the parks early on our second day to go swimming— only to get home and find that the pool was cold. We called and asked to refund pool heat which they agreed— then the pool heat was on the rest of the week. I’m still not sure if we were charged. So, overall, this property added more stress to our vacation. We will be hesitant to rent another VRBO that is corporately owned/managed. We’ve stayed in many different VRBO’s across the US and abroad and have never had this number of issues with a property or response from the management company. Hopefully it is Covid/staffing related and they can resolve these issues. Unfortunately, we will definitely not be staying here again.

I’m very sad abou the house ! The wash machine broken and people coming to fix 2 days after! The Ac broken and stay 30 hours in very right temperature 92 *c! I call to office 8 times and the people’s no resolve nothing!!

Terrible First Impression of Jeeves

Property management required us to prove identity which I had to show them a document with my ne and address e.g. utility bill or car registration even after I let them make a copy of my driver's license and and credit card used to book property. Totally annoying after driving 8 + hours. The reason for the need to check my identity was because of it being a last minute booking and recent fraud. My comment to the manager was why should I be humiliated because of others who committed fraud.

Loved the house

Carpets are less to be desired. Worn and stained. Walls as well. Definitely had a lived in feel. A deep cleaning would be helpful to bring it back up to feel luxurious. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Check in ended up being 4:15 due to back to back rentals. 15 minutes felt like a lot when we got there early and had to wait but we made due. Water park closes really early for summer hours. Some days they closed at 5 and others at 6. We were hoping to stay longer. All and all we had a good time and will consider staying here again.

Great stay!

Awesome house, beautiful pool! The property management company forced us to stop in the office before getting to house, but then based on whoever answered the phone, they would say we did not have to come in. It added stress to our trip that we had to come in.
