A magical week!

The villa was so wonderful-- peaceful (we are used to cicada chirping from home!), beautiful (gorgeous view; elegant decor) and comfortable (spacious rooms and well appointed kitchen). We wished the master bedroom had a king size bed, but other than that small issue there were no complaints. It truly was a breath taking view-- everyday was something new to see on the gulf. The towns nearby had tavernas with delicious food. We had to provide a 700 deposit in cash which i wasn't aware of when initially booking; the owners clarified via email.

Perfect villa and a beautiful property

The villa was perfect and the hospitality and service was excellent! The property is beautiful with gardens of olive trees, flower and fruit trees and you could always find a place to relax in sun or shade. The villa was beautiful presented, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Amazing villa with spectacular view !

the villa is amazing! The Pool is very uge!! And also the view to the des was spectacular . we were a group of 9 women and had a lot of space and fun. Everything that the other rater wrote before us, is True and Applies also for us. there is nothing more to add. If you want to have vacation in a great House with a large pool and a view to the sea, you've come to this villa. we highly recommend the villa . Thanks to Eli, Andreas and Christina for the great Support

The perfect Greek retreat!

This was the perfect antidote to all the Covid stress of the last 6 months. As all previous guests have commented, the villa is as close to perfect as you can get and certainly the best we have stayed in during our 10+ years on HomeAway. The pool is glorious, the beach pretty much private, WiFi excellent and accomodation lovely. We were 3/4 adults and used the downstairs apartment as a separate granny annexe which worked really well. Elli and Andreas, who look after the place, were exceptional and couldn't do enough to make sure our stay was problem-free. Christina, the owner, provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The area is great - local restaurants good and excellent fish shops and butchers in town (you will want to stay in most evenings, it's too nice not to!). We visited Thermopylae and Delphi (which was very impressive and pretty empty thanks to Covid) but otherwise just stayed in the amazing surroundings of the villa. Would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Christina.

Stunning views

We loved the villa. The view from the veranda is simply stunning and it is a pleasure to wake up in the morning and gaze across the waters. I also had the best night's sleep for a long time. The garden setting featuring the pool, surrounding gardens, veranda with its wonderful sea view is stunning and the pool is the best pool I have come across in our many years of renting villas. Christina was very helpful and arranged for baby crib and chair as soon as we requested one. Her assistants, Andreas and Elli were so helpful when we arrived and made us feel at home. We hope to return some time in the future.

We will definitely come back!

Villa Agios was a dream! A great option for groups with plenty of space and amazing views of the sea. The outdoor area is one of a kind, the swimming pool is huge and communication with the hostess was excellent, she helped with anything we needed. Note: You'll need a car to get to grocery stores, but the beach is right in front of the villa.

Such a nice place for family holidays

Villa Agios is one of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. It is private, yet close to everything you could want. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Very important: they have AC installed in every room!!! Τhe garden is beautiful, with a huge pool, multiple sunbeds and umbrellas, table tennis, an outdoor bar and of course the barbeque which we used again and again. The owners were very nice to us. They even gave us a tour of all the supermarkets, restaurants and other useful places in the area. The position of the Villa was spot on and easy to reach, just a 2 hour drive from Athens airport. We had a wonderful holiday and will most likely be coming back!

Breathtaking location

We came for a long weekend, just wanting to get away from the city and be in the countryside. We didn't expect the location to be this unique - the house is literally ON the beach. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. Although off-season, we really enjoyed the huge fireplace and the sea view. The house is well equipped - the children particularly enjoyed the table-tennis table. We will be coming back this summer for sure!

Amazing villa — perfect for large families

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agios. We wanted for nothing — the staff who attended the villa every couple of days kept everything in order without being at all intrusive — we want to send a special thank you to them. Thoroughly recommended, great towns and villages nearby, and don’t miss the boat trip to the small islands off Evia. The only negative was that the local cats weren’t more friendly! Thanks again. Beautiful house in a lovely area

This is a very well-equipped and attractive house, right on the beach front, and with a very short drive to Kamena Vourla, which has a supermarket, restaurants etc. The pool is great, the beds comfortable and we felt very well looked after.

Amazing Villa

This is a truly a beautiful location. The villa is absolute beach front on a lovely beach with crystal clear water, ideal for swimming. The villa has a magnificent salt water pool as well. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. Christina was very helpful and organised everything including assisting with language difficulties when it came to our rental car. A very relaxing holiday, that we travelled all the way from New Zeland to enjoy.

Ideal Vacation Villa

We have been travelling to Greece every summer for the past few years and have been to numerous villas and can say with no doubt that Villa Agios was by far the best villa we stayed in. We were one extended family, a total of 6 adults and four children (ages 2 – 9). The villa was perfect for us since it enabled both privacy for each “small” family but also plenty of areas where we could all sit together: large dining tables both inside and on the terrace, another dining table and bar by the pool, a very large pool and plenty of sitting areas around it and of course the beautiful beach which is just outside the gate. The villa is actually two separate apartments, the lower one allows total privacy for a family of 5 and includes its own kitchen and living room and two bathrooms. The top villa has 3 bedroom, a beautiful living room, a large and fully equipped kitchen. All areas are nicely decorated and well maintained. It seems as if the villa owners thought of everything their guests may need, and supplied it. Upon our arrival we were welcomed with homemade pastries, ouzo, wine and juices, and this generosity and a feeling that the owners are not just renting us this villa, but also really want us to enjoy it, continued throughout the whole vacation. The villa is very clean, and during our 10 day stay, was thoroughly cleaned three times. Every question or request we had was answered right away by Christina and Jason, which were very kind and welcoming. The area is very nice and calm and there are plenty of opportunities for day trips. We were out on very few occasions since we enjoyed the villa so much we didn’t feel like going out. We really have only positive things to say about this great place, we will definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Perfect for relaxed family holiday!

We just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Agios and I must admit that the pictures are nothing compared to the real thing. What a view! We wanted to find a private beachfront villa, that is not very far from Athens so we don't have much traveling to do. This villa is only 2 hours drive and very easy to find. It is actually two houses, with 2 large bedrooms in the main house with their bathrooms, 1 smaller bedroom (perfect for kids) and large living and dining room. The second house (on the ground floor, next to the pool) is smaller but has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room and kitchen. But what makes this villa unique is the outdoor areas and its superb location. Every night, we lit up candles, swam in the pool, drank our cocktails under the starry night, while our kids were sleeping. Pure magic! The only thing that might annoy some travelers is that you need to take the car, even to go buy some groceries. Although it is only 5 minutes drive, the road is not very safe for walking. But we had long walks across the beach, which was lovely and very relaxing, because the beach is kind of private and we rarely saw other people. Extra tip: we rented the villa's boat for a day trip and the skipper took us to "lihadonisia" - an isolated tiny island with crystal blue waters, sandy beach and a great tavern with local food. It's a must!

A magical villa with amazing location

We were a group of two families with 4 kids and 2 babies. The villa was perfect for us in every way. Only 2 hours drive from Athens, right on the beach, with huge garden for our kids to play, amazing sea views and a private, relaxed atmosphere. When we arrived, the owners Christina and Jason welcomed us with fresh spinach pie and local wine and they were very helpful in showing us around. They have also prepared a nice brochure with every single detail about the villa, tips on where to eat, boat rentals, short road trips and more. The pool of the villa was fabulous and our daughter learned swimming while we were there! It is huge with fresh sea water. But what makes this villa truly unique is its location right on the beach. No roads to cross, nothing! Just open the garden door and you are steps from diving into the big blue sea. The beach has lovely sea-shells and pebbles and the water is calm and safe for all the family. We rarely saw other people on the beach, so it was like having a private beach just for ourselves! Its proximity to the local village was terrific, and the taverns we visited were great with delicious mezedes. I highly recommend “Nostos” at Kamena Vourla! There is also a very nice spa, just minutes from the villa, and we really enjoyed the treatments. Overall, the villa over exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be coming back!

Villa Agios is right on the beach in a valley between mountains. The landscape is beautiful. The sea is fantastic. You can enjoy of privacy and calmness. The house itself is REALLY beautiful and well equipped and has the large private garden with big trees (eucaliptus, olive, pear, lemon, magnolia etc). The swimming pool is huge and perfect for our 4 children (from 3 to 11) with a sea water. The pictures in the website do not "do justice" for this place - it is much more lovely! Agios Constsntinos village (just 2 km from villa) has supermarket to get everyday supplies and some very good tavernas and bars.The town Camena Vourla is close (5min drive by car) with a supermarket and food shops near which makes it easy to handle the groceries. We found a butcher there and a fresh fish shop (every day from8 to 10a.m.). There are also many interesting places for kids and clubs for adults. Things worked well with the owner. They were so care about us. We were a big family with 3 adult and 4 children and we very much recommend the Villa Agios!

The location of this villa is truly one of a kind. It is priceless because the villa was built during the 70's, when it was allowed to build villas only steps from the sea. The sea is always calm like a lake and totally safe. The private swimming pool is 100 m2 with fresh sea water. The villa is an exceptional choice for families, especially with young children, as it provides a very safe environment with lush gardens and play areas for the little ones.
