Property was very quiet and clean. The host was great, and accommodating. Love that there were some water and other Jamaican products for us when we arrived. Will definitely stay again!!

Great stay

My son and I really enjoyed our stay at Kam's place. It was the perfect space with everything we needed for the time we were there. I love that he has a driver, Dre (who is amazing), and can pick up and drop off so I did not have to worry about that. Additionally, everyone on staff is very kind and helpful including the gate young man, both receptionists, and the cleaning person.

This is a cozy condo in a great area. It's across the street from Island Village and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. There is music to be heard at all times but I would not consider it disruptive. I actually enjoyed hearing the music. Access to the beach was also nice. I drove there but it is certainly walkable also. The living room is a bit warm but the AC in the bedroom was great. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Nice place

I enjoyed my stay at this place. If there was anything I would change is I would leave a broom or something to clean the floors so the guest doesn’t track in dirt into the space.

Well stocked and really clean

Upon arrival we were surprised by the amount of amenities Mr Kamuzu had left for us. I mean there were towels, disinfectant, soap etc… not only that but the TV had a wide variety of channels on. The living room is quite hot, even with the fan so bear that in mind. However, the bedroom is really cool with the AC. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but other than that this is an amazing condo!

Great place to stay!

I stayed at the condo for 5 days, 4 nights. The condo was well cleaned. The owners were responsive, and would also check in during my stay. Closet space/area is nice and spacious. Living room area was comforable with two sitting areas along with the dining table. Had a great stay. The condo is also within walking distance of the beach, and the shops. Would definitely book this condo again.

Upon check-in, lady did not know where we were staying; had to call someone & still wasn't clear. The apartment was very hot & stuffy and the air conditioner that was there was only in the bedroom. Poorly lit areas & hot water had to turn on switch to heat. I would not come back or recommend this place to anyone. No phone in room to contact office either.

The manager was wonderful, went above and beyond to make us comfortable, thank you Mr Jones

It was a relief to come to this place, Mr Jones made it available at short notice and made us very comfortable.

Definitely my new home away from home!!!

I cannot express how pleasantly surprised I was when arriving!! Did I say location?? Location, location, location!!! I walked everywhere and was able to get anything I needed. I have traveled for 20 years to Jamaica and have never felt safer than I did at this resort!! The owner was very responsive before and during the stay. His father is available to assist if needed and an absolute sweetheart!! In fact all the local staff was very responsive. When I walked out on the patio all I could do was smile!! The boardwalk was amazing with the beach to the right and marina to the left. I met some amazing new family walking the boardwalk behind the property which enabled me to spend a lot of time touring and visiting spots on a boat which tipped the scales for fun in the sun! I’m counting the days to return. It is a rarity to get what you expected and more but that’s exactly what I received full circle! I made friends with people in the area that were amazing! I will look no further when going to Jamaica 🇯🇲 this is without a doubt my spot!!
