Could be very mice

Unit is on corner, lots of light. That said, we would never stay here again unless the mattresses were replaced. They are all so badly worn. Other thing that others before us have mentioned is the sliding screens and doors. They need work. Ones off guest bedroom have no screens. TV in master bedroom does not work. With some needed upgrades, this should be a 5 star.

Anchorage siesta key

5 plus 3 minus 1 neutral Liked: - [ ] Dish detergent, used just a bit - [ ] 2 trash bags - [ ] Lots of towels - [ ] Carpet great - [ ] The 4 sliding doors, but kitchen was only one that worked. No so great: - [ ] Beds way too soft, no support - [ ] Blind missing slats from every room, fixed all but 2 day the before we left. Only one that bothered us was in the bedrm w glare which was all 6 nights. - [ ] Furniture dirty The Deal breaker for #304 would be the bed are way to soft and possibly the dirty furniture. I would rent from another unit in the Anchorage great location.

Vacation

We love Siesta Key. We have been staying at The Anchorage for years. Great location and nice complex. Beautiful pool area and short walk to the beach. The condo as mentioned is an older unit. A few of the vertical blinds are missing in the bedroom creating a gap but they have made some updates since the last time we stayed like new carpet. We enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation stay .

The condo was super clean the kitchen has everything you need to cook with loved the location . It could definitely use some updating all the sliding doors have big gaps you can see through when the door is closed , but we loved our stay we will do it again!

Great Complex, “gritty” unit

Enjoyed our stay at Anchorage. Very nice complex in a great location with an outstanding pool. Our unit was pretty worn. Carpet needs to be removed and replaced with hard wood floors. Furniture is old and felt kind of gritty. Blinds and doors were a complete mess. Would def stay at Anchorage again, but not in unit 304.

Nice condo

Good location and nice property. Condo slightly dated, but comfortable. Only downside- keys required to enter building and pool. Only two keys provided, making it a challenge to coordinate family members going multiple directions.

Vacation

We have stayed at the Anchorage for several years. We appreciate the location near the beach and love the pool area. Restaurants and small convenience store near by. We have stayed in this particular condo before. The condo needs some updating. The main bedroom needs a new mattress. It’s fairly uncomfortable and you like to sleep well on vacation. The carpets are very dirty and have been this way since the last time we stayed here a few years ago. However, we did appreciate the beach chairs and cooler for the beach and the nice view!

Fun vacation

I love siesta key area. The beach is nice and lots of things to do. Somewhat disappointed with condo. It was very noisy and the air blew through the patio doors. The carpet was in very poor condition. I did hear that the doors and flooring was going to be replaced in the spring.

Spring Break review

Great location! Walk to the beach and restaurants. We liked that the beach was mostly families. The condo was roomy and clean. Our only problem was with the vertical blinds that are difficult to close and fall off.

Anchorage at Siesta Key

The Anchorage is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, small shops and the free Trolley and bus system. The heated pool is large and well maintained. Condos are well equipped for short or long stays and grocery stores are nearby.

The Anchorage offers all the amenities of a resort vacation and all the comforts of a private residential condo in one convenient location on beautiful Siesta Key, Florida. Private balconies in every unit offer views of the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east.

These privately owned units are immaculately clean (guaranteed!), comfortably spacious, and very nicely decorated. Secure building entry and interior corridors add a sense of safety, and two elevators add convenience. Every unit has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, complete linens, color cable TV, and individual heating and air conditioning controls. You will enjoy the residential atmosphere, calmer and cozier than most vacation accommodations, nice enough to settle into for a long visit.

Resort amenities include lighted tennis and shuffleboard courts, heated Olympic-size pool, exercise room, FREE WiFi and his and her saunas.
