Great Place to Stay, Close to St David's North Austin

Great for our family, close to the medical center at North Austin, which is what we needed. Lots of places to eat and shop within 10 minutes. Well stocked, didn't find anything we needed that wasn't provided. We also brought our dog this trip, and there's a nice backyard that he loved.

Great first experience

We enjoyed the smooth contactless check in process. It was big enough for me, my spouse, and our 2 dogs. I liked the little amenities that he thought of to make it more homie. It was a quiet neighborhood.

Great place - quiet neighborhood!

This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is easy access to main highways to see area attractions. Within 10 minutes to grocery and any other needs. Justin left many good notes as to where things were and how to operate any appliances and was very communicative during the process. All the basic supplies were provided so less need to bring or buy the basics. Thank you! The only hiccup we had was different check-in codes were provided per the pre-arrival documents vs the Vrbo messaging app. After a quick vrbo message and then a text to Justin he clarified the correct code and all was good!

Well appointed comfortable home

First of all, the beds were very comfortable which is not always the case with a rental. Very nice, comfortable house which filled all our needs. Centrally located. The candy dishes were a very nice touch! Would definitely stay again if we are back in Austin.

Wonderful property

My husband and I stayed at this property for Thanksgiving week and to visit family living in Austin. The house was perfect for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and located close to many nearby amenities - shopping, dining, and not far from downtown. The home was clean and organized and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Justin was a fantastic host. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the Austin area.

My home welcomes guests from all walks of life. I have over 100 plus 5-star reviews from satisfied guests across other vacation rental listing sites. I'm an HR technology analyst by trade and tend to obsess over details. Therefore, I've designed my home and overall guest experience for maximum convenience and comfort from initial reservation all the way through check-out.

Having personally lived in Austin the past 4 years (from SE Michigan) I absolutely love it here because the city has an energy, character, and landscape that's completely unlike other Texas cities. I trust you'll thoroughly enjoy your experience here and I hope my home/amenities gives you a true local experience.

For your peace of mind I also provide guest-use only cleaning supplies such as multi-surface cleaners and disinfectants, disposable gloves, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, extra hand soap, and a vacuum cleaner.

When I bought this home I fell in love with the completely renovated hard-wood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen, and marble-lined bathrooms. The home is situated in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in North Austin (Wells Branch). And there's an expansive community park located within a 10 minute walk (with sand volleyball, kids play area, tennis and basketball courts, and an open grassy field)

Wake up rested from the pillowtop mattress. Start your day with a freshly prepared cup of coffee. Prepare a large meal in the well stocked kitchen. Relax on the custom made 8-person sectional and stream your favorite TV shows/movies with the complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. The guest bathroom includes a clawfoot tub to soak your concerns away. Forget your toiletry bag? No worries each bathroom includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, face wash, shaving cream, toothpaste, cotton pads, q-tips, and disposable shavers and toothbrushes.
