簡単なスキーイン、スキーアウトのアクセスのためのビレッジトレイルスロープのエンドユニット。 寝室が1つのオープンレイアウトで、ソファを引き出します。
リゾートの中心部にある山のふもとまでは、無料シャトルの近くにあります。
夏には、スイミングプール、テニス、バスケットボールコートから約200ヤード。

Amazing property for a ski in/ski out getaway!

Fantastic long weekend with my daughter! You can’t get closer to the trail than an end unit that backs to the Village trail. The place has been nicely updated and has a huge comfortable couch in the living room for relaxing after skiing. Wifi was great & there is a SmartTV to keep you entertained! The secure outdoor storage for skis was handy was well.

Ski in -ski out bliss!

Awesome property! Great location, ski in -ski out to a green run. So nice to come back to condo for a rest or snack after skiing/boarding. My daughter and I loved going back on trails at night, no crowds, so peaceful! Thank you Lou!

Comfortable, clean and convenient. This property has everything you need for a long weekend stay or a weeks vacation. Truly ski in/ski out. Definitely will stay here again!

Cozy place for a ski vacation

This is a great place to stay if you're visiting Seven Springs. It's clean, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a nicely equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The instructions for check in and out were clear, and we had no problems during our stay. The only thing I would say could be improved is to replace the TV with a smart TV, so that guests can stream content from their subscription services. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay, and would not hesitate to rent this unit again for a future visit.

Great one bedroom in Seven Springs Villages

Great, clean, comfortable one bedroom. Not enough snow to ski in ski out while we where there, but would be the perfect set up when there is enough snow and the Villages Trail is open. Easy to take free shuttle bus down to the Seven Springs lodge and back.

Exceptional ski in/ski out property. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lou’s Seven Springs condo in the Sunridge development. First off, the location really can not be beat. It’s just off the Village Trail and is an end unit where you literally step out the door and the ski run is right there. In fact, we had friends staying at other locations in Seven Springs, and we used the trail by the condo as our daily meet up to avoid the long lift lines by the resort’s main lodge. Location aside, the condo itself was awesome. Really easy check in. Newly appointed furnishings and amenities. Overall, a really cozy and welcoming feel. We are a family of four (two young kids), and this unit was great for us (kids slept on the couch). Lou was also the perfect host. He responded in a timely fashion and was very friendly and helpful the entire time. I did recommend a few minor “creature comforts” such as more towels and pillows, but overall, you won’t be disappointed with this property. Thank you, Lou!

Sweet little ski getaway

We loved our stay at this condo! The place was clean and super convenient for lots of time on the slopes for our family of 4. I had a few questions leading up to the trip, and Lou was very responsive. We will come back and stay here again.

Great ski weekend

Our family of three found this to be a great option for a ski weekend! Parked the car and forgot about it - ski slope is right outside, and we had a great weekend. Happy we found this one!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay! We usually rent another condo in the same complex, so we knew what to expect with the layout. Lou’s place was very clean and the pullout sofa was perfect for our two kids. Lou is a great host. I had a question that could have totally been answered had we opened the apartment manual, but Lou kindly answered me. We will definitely be back!!!

Excellent condo- will book again

Louis keeps an immaculate condo. It was perfect for a weekend stay. I hope to book again next winter. Bring your own pillows, towels there were only 2 and 2 washcloths (we had a party of 4) and a hairdryer.

Rental was amazing. Clean and spacious. Only one downfall, there were no curtains on the windows and there is a light right out front that shines into the bedroom. It was like daylight trying to sleep. Other then that it was a great experience.

Perfect location

This unit is the perfect location for beautiful views and 100% ski in ski out access. Even with the temperatures rising, there was always enough snow to ski in and out. The unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable.
