Spotless and great location

This property was in great! Clean, well stocked, and spacious. Loved that it was close to great food and coffee. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Great location

Condo was in the perfect location for our ski vacation. Right next door toKeystone, close to Dillion, Vail, and Breckenridge. Condo was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The owners were very responsive answering any questions, along with providing details on shuttles, food, and other activities.

Wonderful home to rent

Great place to stay for ski trip

House was as described and very clean, commodities all worked as described. The bus stop for the ski resort next to the house was very convenient. The owner also was very good with communication. Overall great experience!

Beautiful, thoughtful home

Absolutely loved this stay - it’s clear a lot of effort was put into designing and decorating this home. It’s cozy and has everything you need :) The quick walk to the free shuttle to go to many mountains was incredible

Great location

The condo was exactly what we had hoped. Plenty of space to come home and relax after a day of skiing. The location was perfect. The nearby pub and stores were a great touch. And Ellen was great and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

The Lakes' condo was amazing! Beautiful welcoming decor, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with all amenities needed in kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. The location was ideal for us to visit family that live in the area and of course take advantage of skiing at both A-Basin and Keystone. Highly recommend this property for a family or group of friends to get away for an enjoyable stay in the Colorado mountains.

Ski Trip

The location was very close to Keystone and pretty central to the other mountains we visited (Breckenridge and Copper). Good space, with the perfect amount of beds for our trip. The property manager is communicative and gave a good idea of what to expect.

Great condo for families

We really liked the condo. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Condo kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Nice big living room with big screen TV. Beds were good, showers were good. Kitchen had everything we needed. Was nice having laundry machines in the unit too. Great location to skiing. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

The perfect ski-cation

This was the perfect homebase for our ski vacation. Close to so many mountains, the town of Dillon, and every amenity that we could need. The condo was clean and comfortable a perfect size for our family, with a bonus pull out couch. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were absolutely fantastic to communicate with. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation spot with us! We hope to stay again next year!

Met all expectations

This is a beautiful, well kept property conveniently located. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, including the living area, comfortable couches, updated kitchen well stocked with everything you would need, comfortable beds. Owners are great at communicating.

Spring Trip to Dillon

We chose this condo for its location and it did not disappoint. In fact we rented a car but used it sparingly. We rode the Summit Express to the mountain both days and walked across the street to the bakery and restaurants. Great condo, great weekend!

We loved our stay. The condo was very warm and welcoming. It had all of the essentials for a wonderful home-away-from -home feel. The shuttle close to the condo was a convenient way to avoid parking traffic and parking fees. We definitely would love to stay here again for future Colorado visits. Perfect location and felt like home!!

This is our second stay at this condo. We come skiing twice a year to Colorado and this is perfect for our family of five and my father-in-law. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the living room is bigger than expected. The location is perfect for getting to the ski resorts, restaurants and the other towns very quickly.Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We can't wait to come back in the spring!

Cute Place!

The stay was great! It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6. The fireplace was nice and cozy after a day on the slopes. There was plenty of room downstairs to spread out. The updated furniture looked amazing!!! More modern than the photos . The kitchen had all the essentials plus more. We love a nicely stocked kitchen!! The only con, the rotating numbers on the keypad were frustrating to work with.

Cozy Stay

The Summit Cove condo was perfect for my family's stay. We traveled to the mountains to ski at Keystone resort, which was a smooth 5 minute drive, so location was great for us. The listing was accurate with the number of beds and bathrooms, and the little den was perfect for my 5'10 brother to sleep in the pull out twin sofa bed. So, it was almost 3 separate private sleeping areas! I appreciated the updated kitchen and bathroom countertops, and the upstairs bathroom renovations. The downstairs looks like it's next up, but still functional. Water pressure for the condo is a little under medium if that's important to you, but it was okay for us. The kitchen was well stocked, which was great for my mom to cook throughout the trip. The only extra supply we needed to buy was laundry detergent, which I left my remaining Tide pods for use. Ellen was in great communication the entire time, like when the queen bed's leg became loose and the bed was leaning towards a corner. She recommended how to fix, which I wasn't able to get to, but hopefully it is fixed now! Mom was still able to sleep on the side that wasn't leaning. The king bed was very comfortable, but I'm afraid the laundry detergent may have irritated my skin around my neck and back area. Overall, the unit was great. Parking was right outside the door and just a 1.5 staircase away (staircase is indoors). Across the street was a small strip of shops like a coffee shop, bar, restaurant, and pizza place. Highly recommend Last Chance Pizza over there - it was perfect pick up food after a full day of skiing. It is even walking distance from the unit. Would definitely return when traveling back to Keystone.

A review

We thought this was a great location for a wedding at A-basin and biking toward Vail Pass. It has a great pizza shop and coffee shop within 5-minute walk. The bike path and Lake Dillon were a 10-minute walk. The only issue we had was with the door lock, it was the most complicated lock I have ever seen at a rental unit. Great for security but a little frustrating when we used the wrong code resulting in a "time-out", keep the check-in directions handy to avoid this issue.
