Perfect position & apartment

Roomy, well-provisioned apartment with a great view of the lake, & easy proximity to the town. We so enjoyed our stay in this property.

Great space and great location!

We loved the fireplace and living room which had amazing views. We have already recommended this to friends who will be visiting. We loved the extra add on of mulled wine on arrival 🙌🏼

Beautiful

The location is fantastic. It is a short 3 minute walk to the city center which is great when you spend nearly every day at fergburger and the bakery. Helps you feel a little less guilty! The view was outstanding, waking up to that each morning was beautiful. The unit was very large and spacious. We had 3 couples all staying together and not once did we feel like we were overcrowded or living on top of each other. Very easy process with the code on the door. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you.

The location of the building was very nice and very close to the CBD.

The location of the building was very nice and very close to the CBD. However, the unit itself, while having a nice view of the lake, also had a very nice view of the loading dock of the building next door which as only about 20m away -- very little privacy. Also the unit was a bit run down with stains in the carpet and the painting on the the walls and ceiling was quite worn down -- especially given the price.

The living areas ( kitchen, dining room , lounge ) and view were excellent ( 4 star ).

The living areas ( kitchen, dining room , lounge ) and view were excellent ( 4 star ). But the bedroom layout was a bit quirky. 2 had no light, one had too much light....and the room positions were odd. We were 3 couples...so it worked for us ( each bedroom has a very clean/ modern ensuite )...but they fayastic view of Lake Whakatipu made up for this ).

This property was clean and very well suited for our family of 6.

This property was clean and very well suited for our family of 6. The view was spectacular and an easy walk to town center. Only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the kitchen. The kitchen certainly had the basics (flatware, dishes, some pots and pans), but nothing beyond that as far as even salt and pepper. That is ok, if it was communicated in the information. We cooked a everyday in the kitchen so a few those essentials would have been nice.
