I am not sure what you mean about paying for toilet paper as we do not charge guests for toiletries, guests are informed to bring toiletries with them. Hi David Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback, we have taken your comments on board to rectify the issues you experienced during your stay. We do sincerely apologise that your stay was less enjoyable than you had hoped. Since reviewing your comments the owners have replaced the fridge, in regards to the power being off - this is very unusual for this property and could relate to a power outage in the area. unfortunately an issue as this can be unpredictable however have been informed that this was rectified for you as soon as we were aware. In regards to the cleanliness of the property as well as drive way and lawns, the property is professionally cleaned prior to every guest and lawns are maintained on a regular basis, We will forward your comments onto the cleaners to ensure they do not miss these items in the future. The property is clearly advertised as a non linen property, we advertise this so that guests are aware prior to placing a booking that they are required to bring linen or can be hired at an additional cost. We have found throughout the years of renting the property that many guests do prefer to use there own sheets and towels. Unfortunately with the house being located in a quiet neighbourhood we have no control over the neighbours, and usually do not have any issues unless there is ample noise coming from the property. Again we do appreciate all feedback and would like for you to be assured that your comments have been taken on board.

Thankyou for taking the time to review the property. Unfortunately, electrical items to breakdown without anyone’s fault from time to time. The hot water system did fail, but it was rectified within a couple of hours of your phone call and you had hot water that night. There was no need for you to wait all day at the property as you were advised we would take care of everything in which we did. We did apologise to you numerous times and you were offered a reduction in rent as soon as you vacated the property. The property is beautifully well maintained home but like all homes breakdown can occur.
