A great location, but also a roomy and comfortable place. The kitchen is well stocked, there's room for groups to hang out and the yard provides another great place to have fun. One of our favorite places to stay in Duluth.

We had a wonderful stay here while in town for a family wedding. The home was very spacious and exactly as advertised, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful extras, including two large TVs, comfortable beds, puzzles and books, and helpful information about the local area. The host was friendly and provided clear, helpful information for the check-in process, which made everything easy from the start. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I am an avid supporter of Duluth and all of the outdoor activities that can be enjoyed in this area.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

For the immediate access to the wonderful outdoor activities while still having quick access to the greater Duluth area.
It has quick access to some of the best Mtn biking, nordic skiing , hiking and fishing in the area. It is surrounded by a hilly and eroded landscape, beautifully mixed conifer and hardwood forest with minimal undergrowth surrounding a quiet community setting that is hard to believe is within the City limits of Duluth.
Interestingly, it is difficult to know by looking at it today but the Fond du lac area is where Duluth began. It is the exact location of where the French explorer Daniel Greysolon Sieur DuLhut came upon the indigenous Native American community residing at the shores of the river now know as the St. Louis and the head waters of Lake Superior.
