Excellent stay. The location can not be any better for Breck. Access to everything is a few steps away. Management company communication was probably the most accurate, timely, and precise that we have ever experienced with a rental. Immediate responses both leading up to the check in and while staying there. Really first class customer service. Not reflected in the online photos is how good the ski slope views are. That was an unexpected surprise. Also this was one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever had with TP, towels, kitchen utensils, and so on. Thanks for hosting us.

Great property in a prime location right off Main St. Place was clean and comfortable and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location for some of the best eateries in Breckenridge. Quiet, relaxing and really nice cottage. Just a block off Main St. And walking distance to all attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can’t really overstate how perfect this location was for myself, my wife, and my dog. Plenty of room for us to lounge about when needed and cook a few meals. The physical location of the cottage is amazing. Genuinely perfect. We had to turn on our car on twice over the week and that was to drive to a hike. Everything else, literally everything, is a quick walk away. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic Stay

This is our second stay and I’m sure we will be back again! Perfect location. Very well stocked kitchen, very clean and comfortable. And extremely easy check in and good communication. Don’t hesitate…just book it.

Perfect!

Had the most incredible getaway here, could not recommend enough! Easy access to anything you’d need, and walking distance to a dog park as well. The communication was super quick if we had any questions. We will definitely be booking here again in the future :)

So close to everything but still felt secluded.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to all the places we wanted to be when we weren’t on the mountain.

Xmas 2024

Stayed at the place for a week, not a better location in town. The place has it all, nice high vaulted ceilings, great fireplace and very private considering you are downtown. The management was on the spot and the underground parking was also a huge plus. You can’t go wrong with staying here! Would love to return.

Family trip to Breckenridge

Our family of four had an amazing stay. The cute little cottage was clean, comfortable, cozy, and warm. It was stocked well with anything you could possibly need. The washer/dryer and hot tub were added bonuses. The location was truly exceptional. It was within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, shops, literally everything. I couldn’t imagine a better location. We look forward to coming back!

Awesome place!

The Ridge Street Cottage was great! You can’t beat the location and the place was exactly as advertised. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We visit Breckenridge a couple times a year and will definitely stay here again!

Mountain Getaway

This was the perfect rental property for a long weekend up in Breck! The place is in a perfect location and walking distance from so many good restaurants and shops. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and it was great to have a garage to park our vehicle in. The property was very clean, and we felt right at home. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge!

Wonderful Summer in the Mountains

We stayed for 6 weeks during the summer. This cottage was ideally located, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The cottage was spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen was very well equipped. We prepared breakfast and lunch almost daily. We even prepared dinner 2 to 3 times a week during our stay. Garage parking was a plus. The management company was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was one of the better VRBO rentals that we’ve stayed in.

Cozy cottage in the heart of town

The rental is centrally located. It has a free bus stop a few steps from the front door that will take you to the gondola. The amenities and supplies were copious. I would recommend this location for a close group of friends or a family.

The location was hard to beat and the rental featured a large living area and back deck with views of the mountain that we really enjoyed. Cons are extremely tight parking for a large SUV in the units shared garage and a shower head that lacked water pressure.

Great spot in downtown Breck

We had a great snowed in weekend at this 'cabin' (unit, with other units in the same building) which was beautiful and cozy, not to mention highly conveniently located. Beds were comfy, kitchen had the basics we needed, everything worked (though we did not use the hot tub). Property manager was responsive and helpful. Would happily stay again.

One of our favorite vacation rentals!

We loved our time at Ridge Street Cottage and just wish we could have stayed longer! Excellent location to walk to everything in downtown Breck. Very accurate description and a great layout that was perfect for the 2 of us plus our pup. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Cozy Cabin

This little cabin was great for a hiking/ chill weekend in Breck! We loved being able to walk right downtown to get food, and then come back to our home base. The kitchen was well equipped, and everything worked perfectly. It was clean and comfortable. It snowed at least 12" while we were there, and it was the perfect place to stay inside, enjoy each other's company and watch the snow come down. Would recommend, and would stay here again!
