大きくて魅力的なオープンプランのエアコン付きのリビングエリアは、内側のスプリングソファーラウンジ（自分用のリネンを持参）、Foxtel付き大型フラットスクリーンテレビ、DVD / CD、サウンドバーを備えた1階にあります。リビングルームのそばには、家具付きの屋外パティオ、ガスバーベキュー、3平方メートルのカンチレバーの傘があり、リラックスしながら港の素晴らしい景色を楽しめます。

次の階にはダイニングエリアと設備の整ったキッチ��があります。 各ベッドルームにはシーリングファン、ワード��ー��、薄���テレビが付いています。 メインベッドルームには専用バスルームが��わり、バルコニーにアク��スできます。 全ての客室から水の景色を望めます。

その他の設備には、洗濯機付き洗濯機、乾燥機、予備のトイレ、自動遠隔���ア付きの2台の駐車場、Book / DVDライブラリー、屋外シャワーなどがあります。

Perfect location

We couldn't have picked a better location. Lovely outlook with an easy walk to Dutchman's Beach and Nelson Bay. The house was amazing - light, airy and well appointed - everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay here again.

Sand and sea at Dutchie Beach

Clean, spacious, quiet with view. 15 min walk to Nelson Bay Marina, restaurants and shops and a few minutes to Dutchies beach. Just one thing that was missing was an outside umbrella for shade as gets very sunny on the balcony.

Wonderful location

We loved the place. The view over Dutchies Beach was fabulous and we were only a 15 minute walk to town. The house was clean, well presented and a generous size for the three of us. We will visit again.

The service provided was very professional and getting the key was trouble free. The only thing that i think is worth mentioning is that the property has a lot of stairs and also a lot of stairs to the beach. Overall though, fabulous.

All in all was very nice and relaxing

Everything was good other then a giant rat that we had to chase and block off the hole it went into. Behind the dishwasher, which we had found there to be a rat trap already.

Birthday Retreat

We celebrated my mum’s 60th and father in law’s 68th birthdays over 6 days at the property. Good communication with the property manager - responsive and flexible! Location was good - amazing views but the beach access was a bit difficult for the older family members to walk down to. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the hospitality! J

The house is styled nicely, with lots of personal touches, making the interior of the house warm and friendly. The dining area is superb. Nice furniture and a view. The kitchen has everything that you possibly need under the sun. Everything was clean and welcoming. 5 star!
