Great location and the condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.

Would stay here again. Central location, close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and condo was equipped with appliances, cookware and utensils.

The gatekeepers were difficult to communicate with and made it hard for us each time we returned to the condo. Nobody seemed to have the same way of doing things. One of the gatekeepers were hard to understand and didn't seem to understand us. He was on weekends.

Love this property

This location was not only quiet and peaceful, but also beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well arranged. I was really impressed with the kitchen in that it was well stocked with dinner ware, utensils, pots, pans, and other incidental items. And it had coffee!

Nice location

The property was in a nice, quiet location. Close to the pool, which was nice. The condo was spacious. There were a couple cleanliness issues in the condo I reported to the property manager who said they'd discuss with cleaning staff. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Family Friendly & Fantastic Pool

This condo is great for a big family! We had grandparents, and two married couples! Very accommodating for families with toddlers, pack and play and toddler bed available! As long as the kiddos are little this will be our go to place! The pool is perfect with a 10 inch paddling area in the pool! My 18 month old played in it so many times!

Not handicap or disabled assessable?

It is a beautiful location! Within 15 min. to everything we wanted to do and see, we also enjoyed the quiet, scenic area of the condo. It was perfect for us to have 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with king beds and a walk in shower! I was disappointed our host did not get back to us about the 16 steps to the condo, but he did run over and found a ground level access, at the opposite end of the 2 condos. There was a very steep hill down to the marina and a curb to maneuver, but it was way better than steps. My Mom is 89 so she really struggled with that. Paul was very attentive, but when two of the smoke detectors went off the 3rd night of our stay, we had to just disconnect them so they wouldn’t bother us the last night. All n all it was wonderful except for trying to get my Mom out/into the condo. That was tricky.

Tablerock condo

For the most part it was fine. But when we arrived shortly after 4:00 pm. the condo had not been cleaned. When we called Paul he sent someone over. They could not find clean sheets. They eventually found some sheets that they said were clean but had some stains that would not come out when they were washed. After making the beds he attempted to wipe down the bathrooms and kitchen. Crumbs were still on counter. He then said he was going to vacuum but the carpet still had stuff on it. We then rewiped everything when he left. Upon putting away our clothing my husband found a sringe with a needle in a drawer! Along with dirty socks behind the bedroom door.

Lovely vacation experience

We stayed 2 nights and so throughly enjoyed our stay. Only 1 little problems, 1) toilet seat in 1st bathroom broken . Otherwise it was fantastic and want to stay again.

Exactly as advertised!

Property was just as advertised. Very nice, spacious and private for 3 couples. Convenient to Hollister, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Will stay again.

Great for three couples!

We had three couples and 1 adult college student staying for 4 nights… it was perfect! Rooms were separated from each other and all had a bathroom! Lanai was incredible! Whole experience was perfect! Place was clean and quiet! We will return!!
