南オーストラリア州カンガルー島の見事なエミューベイビーチへ直接アクセスできる、大きなデッキのある絶対的なビーチ間口。
12台のクイーンベッド2台、ダブルベッド1台、シングルベッド6台の二段ベッドが備わっています。
一年中、家族や友人とくつろいだり、再接続するのに最適な場所です。

Excellent facilities: outstanding location.

The house was warm, welcoming and well equipped. It was super comfortable-beds were great, sofas comfy, plenty of space for cooking, relaxing. The outside deck has fabulous views and direct access to the wonderful Emu Bay beach.

Amazing location

Lovely property in a truly amazing location. Has everything you need, including super comfortable beds. You will need earplugs to sleep through the penguin shenanigans but it’s also pretty cool to take the kids penguin spotting.

Fantastic location!

Great house for us! 6 adults & 5 children. Love the back deck with beach access, safe beautiful beach, loads of wildlife. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay again!

Beautiful house on the beach, we want to stay forever

This was a great house right on Emu Bay beach. We had penguins visiting very night and despite them being quite noisy we still had a great relaxing time in this very well equipped house in a fabulous location. Loved it.

A real holiday

The property is located very close proximity to the beach. It was easily accessible through the back. At night penguins come over to say "hi". Just 15 min. To the town proper. It is a very good way to refresh from the hustle and bustle of Adelaide. Very laid back location. Overall would love to do it again.

beautiful location

The property has the perfect location, made special by the trees on either side of the deck. The living area has splendid views of the beach and the sea, while the trees encourage birds, and even some other wildlife. The penguins were a delight. The beds were very comfortable. Suggestions: a couple more plastic liners for the bins as we were there for a few nights; we were unable to get the aircon to work (maybe the settings weren't quite right?). The toaster failed on our last 2 days. The doonas are quite heavy when the nights start to warm up. The rest of the kitchen equipment was very good.

Cute Penguins!

We could hear the penguins on the first night but didn't see them until our last night! A local told us they sometimes stay out at sea, so I'm guessing that's what's happened. It is in a great location, but I wasn't keen on cars driving on the beach. I know people love the ease of it, but some drove much faster than they should. Also, it should be noted that if you have mobility issues, it may be difficult to navigate the short slope to the sand. There are steps from the deck but then roots as steps the rest of the way. You could walk the short distance to the stairs by the playground to reach the sand, too. Overall, the place is comfortable and the view from the deck is amazing!

Perfection

From the initial booking to checking out, the whole process was seamless and Amanda was quick to respond to any questions we had. It's not often you arrive somewhere and it's even better than what you were expecting. The place was spotless, extremely well equiped, with a super comfortable bed, a great shower and of course, not forgetting the very noisy penguins. Yes, they are loud, but what an experience! That's one of the reasons we chose to stay, so being woken up by them was exciting. We sat out on the wonderful decking listening to them, and having them wander past us was an experience we won't forget. It's also a great location, with a local cafe on the doorstep, the wonderful beach in spitting distance and it doesnt take long to pop to Kingscote for any provisions you may need. We were so sad to leave, so i really hope we get the chance to return one day. Thank you so much Amanda, our stay was the highlight of our honeymoon travels x

We really enjoyed our stay at Emu Bay, the children particularly enjoined the visits at night from the fairy penguins. The house, view from the deck and the direct access to the beach were wonderful

Nice place, great location

Nice place. Was advertised as 4 bedroom, only had 3. Very loud penguins nesting under the house so we were kept awake for about an hour at 3am each night. Close to beach, family friendly. Not bad

Passing Wind

Great location. Penguins seem to live under the property and come out at night and make a lot of noise, which kept us up. There’s a really bad smell under the NE deck by the 2nd bedroom suggesting something’s died, which came into the house when the window was open. The BBQ can’t be used when raining because it’s pad locked in place.
