Nicely appointed, clean, quiet, and convenient to University/ downtown. 2 coffee shops within 3 blocks. Easy access but u have to install an app on phone for to open/lock door . Contact person was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again

Very nice place to stay. Easy access, just one block off of w31. Close to beach bend racetrack and amusement park.

Awesome apartment

This apartment was very clean, roomy and all around awesome. Location was near all the attractions we were visiting. Beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend this apartment if you are planning to visit Bowling Green.

Convenient Stay for the Holiday

This very clean condo is spacious and convenient to everything in Bowling Green, KY. We needed a place to stay during Thanksgiving while visiting family. The rooms are large and spacious. There is a fully functional kitchen and laundry area. The beds were comfortable.

Bowling Green stay.

The property is located close to lots of restaurants and shops and also close to the downtown area. The condo was clean and well equipped. I had to contact Alicia a couple of times about something that turned out not to be issues and she got back to me right away. Highly recommend staying here.

Granddaughter's Graduation

The property met our needs nicely, with one exception. On the positive side, the manager(s) was very responsive, there were generous supplies of towels (fabric & paper) and toilet paper, and the space worked well for us. The only problem was noise from the apartment above the back bedrooms, late at night.

Centrally located and fully furnished for a perfect stay

This is a spotless and well-equipped condo. It has a lot of open living space and everything you could need in the kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and the manager was very responsive and kind. The one-way streets in the area can take a little getting used to, and the folks upstairs were moving out during our stay, which led to a little noise, but overall this was ideal. Highly recommend.

First trip to Kentucky

This was our first trip to Kentucky and was looking for a place reasonably priced because almost every place we tried to rent was outrageous I guess because of the Derby. I don’t think I could have found any place nicer! Michelle was so nice when I had an issue with getting the door unlocked but I was able to figure it out. I would highly recommend!

Great stay

Alex the property manager messaged me with details a few days before. Very friendly. Was very close to the race track. Lots of nice restaurants in the area. Only issue was it is on a one lane road so it was confusing getting to it. Once we figured it out though it wasn’t bad. Don’t turn down 11th street to get into property, go to the next street down or use the enterprise parking lot to get in. Property was very clean. Concrete floors but in great shape.

It was perfect

We spent 4 nights in this apartment. Access was easy-no steps. The apartment was wonderfully decorated. The beds were comfortable. There was room to relax. Many things were provided. IE: toaster, beautiful dishes and glasses. Awesome furnishings, everything we needed to cook, a washer and dryer, WiFi that worked well, a smart lock on the front door, etc. It was very clean. We would go there again in a heartbeat.

Great location, bad wifi

I am rating this 4 stars because the wifi was so slow you couldn’t watch the tv (YouTube TV) because it kept stopping to slowly pull data and you couldn’t use any other devices. Downloading an app to unlock the door was also a little annoying. Getting that out of the way, the owner was fast and responsive, the place was clean and comfortable with a great location. Would stay again if wifi was fixed

Definitely recommend!!

We were in town visiting family for the week. The apt was perfect, we had our 18 month with us and plenty of room for us to enjoy our stay. The owner even had a tote of toys, books, puzzles to keep our little one occupied. I had to work a few days and the WiFi worked great. I was able to work and stream with no issues. Highly recommend!!
