Outstanding Property

My wife and I enjoyed everything about this property. A beautiful compound, great location and walking distance to just about everything. I would like to thank the owner. The condo was exactly what was advertised!

Great Get-Away

Overall, great stay with super property manager, whom I had the pleasure of meeting before check-in. Great pool and right across the street from direct beach access! Unit provided everything I needed with a cozy, beachy feel.

All was good,. The only drawback was humidity that caused a certain allergy to a lady.in her eyes

her eyes and coughimg. I thought that was caused by air conditioned whose set has to be cleaned. Some walls have to be inspected. To myseldf nothing at all. For me everything was perfect, the bedrooms , the kitchen, the balcony, the pool. The living room was also good , the tv excepted. Some sport stations were missing as ESPN(S). I guess the owners were not sport fans.

I am so sorry that your lady has allergies; however, we have just spent over $5000.00 to replace the A/C unit and have not had any comments on it. The whole condo was freshly painted before your arrival so I would love to know which walls you are talking about. I am sure if you look at the pictures that we have on the website one can easily see that the condo is in excellent shape. Sorry you were not completely happy. Many guests love our place.

The property was beautiful.

The outside was really nice and inviting. I love the coziness and the pool view was beautiful especially at night. I really enjoyed my stay there. If I was to change anything it would be the shutters being opened and screens in the windows so that I could have really opened up the place. Other than that it was perfect.

The screens were removed and the shutters were closed by the previous guest to guard against bad weather. All the guest had to do was tell me that they were closed and I would have the cleaning crew come and open them. It takes a few seconds and its done. Why the guest didn't mention this when I spoke to her on the phone both times I can't imagine. Also, most people have the A/C on in Florida in the summer with the windows closed.
