Beautiful home in Tema

The home was clean and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The air conditioning was great as we are from the northern US. The owner and property manager were friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful stay and will rent here again in the future.

Awesome house

The pictures of this house do not do it justice, it's much nicer in person. Very clean and well decorated. The on-site staff are helpful and communication with the owner is a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location, awesome hosts!

Let me begin by unequivocally stating that Theodora and her team are the best hosts that one can ask for! The property is very well kept, comfortable, and located in a serene neighborhood and with access to markets, malls, and the cities of Accra and Tema. My family was very well taken care of and we will certainly consider this property as our top choice on our next visit in the near future! Thank you, Theodora!

By far my best stay at this wonderful home. Customer Service was spectacular. When i had a issue they addresed is right away. 5/5 Stars! It was my 1st trip to Ghana and it was an unforgettable one. I would love to stay here on my next trip here. The staff and the owner was superb. Rooms were above expectations.Thank you for making my birthday and vacation to Ghana such an amazing stay. 😀

Nice Location within Spintex Enclave - Community 18

Property is nice, clean and descent. However, there are very important things that would have enhanced the stay and experience. There's an erratic electricity supply, a situation that results in frequent power outages from the national grid (ongoing load shedding), yet there's no standby power source (genset) at the house. The rooms become so heated up that you have to stay out. No active subscription for the so-called satellite cable TV (informed on site that it's only Netflix). Internet data is capped at 5Gig for 7 days (varies depending on length of stay). Most importantly, this information MUST be available on the property profile to ensure that visitors are able to make an informed decision prior to booking - surprises like these are just not good for business, and negatively affects visitor expectation. I had a serious safety issue with the water heater at the bathroom - response wasn't encouraging to say the least. This could have been fatal. Attempts to get it fixed only occurred on the last day (mid-morning of my check-out). I think there's still more room for improvement - it is the experience that matters - which includes ensuring that the basic essentials (power, internet, cable, paper towels, etc.) are readily available for such a price point.

Herzlicher Empfang, gepflegte Einrichtung, Betten sehr gut. Garten sehr schön angelegt.Anbindung an Tema und Accra unkompliziert. Extras: Klimaanlage gut, Internet funktioniert einwandfrei..
