Property host had great communication. I had a question of the operation of the oven and the host immediately solved the issue. However, this property is tired and frankly the condo needs a major cleaning along with a change of carpet. Also, the deck was so dirty that we could not even sit outside and the screen door to the deck had a major tear allowing insects to enter the house.

Had everything we needed

Property was in a great location and equipped with anything you would need. Loved having spices handy, lotion, extra towels etc. Felt very at home.

Wonderful Rental!

We had a wonderful experience at this rental. The location is extremely convenient. Located near bus lines and within walking distance of the resort if desired. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. My family and I loved it!!

Great location & lovely condo

The condo was wonderful with many amenities as well as a book full of all the information you'd need. Would definitely stay again. Close to the village & to the shops. Shuttle bus came just 1/2 a black from our door (And sometimes brought us all the way to the door too!)

Angel Fire MiniVaca

This unit in Angel Fire was great! It was clean and kitchen had so many options to use when cooking and spices. Directions for how to wifi and other areas of the unit were clear and easy. The balcony was a big plus to enjoy the hummingbirds and view when enjoying coffee in the morning. The property owner was quick to respond when I had questions about the first bathroom's toilet. My sister and I had a great sleep and that is not easy for us in a new place. The area was quiet and beautiful. Thank you Linda!

This property was excellent for our needs. My adult daughter, her husband and I skied Angel Fire for the first time and needed a clean, conveniently located place to stay. The condo met all of these criteria and more. It was clean, cozy, warm and had a well-provisioned kitchen we used to cook, make coffee, etc. Also, it took literally less than one minute to drive from the condo to the ski area! We were also just a few minutes from town and the Country Club, where we ate two meals. Another unexpected convenience was the very short walk from the condo parking lot to the front door. This made it quite easy for us to unpack the car upon arrival, and repack the car at the end of the trip. I would stay at this condo again without a moment's hesitation!

Wonderful stay with great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We would have extended our stay if we hadn’t needed to get home. This unit was very comfortable for 2 couples. Kitchen was stocked better than any units we have ever stayed in…plenty of dishes/silverware/ glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plastic/foil wraps & paper goods. The bathrooms had lots of towels. Convenient location to town & to nearby towns. We will be back!

Many amenities

Good location and many amenities. Only negative was that the floors were not as clean as they should have been. Found a pill on both of the bedroom floors which indicates they had not been vacuumed.

Cozy warm condo

We stayed during spring break and the condo is so cute and cozy. The owner, Linda, was so hospitable and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even had extra coffee sent over to make sure we were all set! This condo is a short walk to Angel Fire ski resort! We look forward to staying at this condo again!

VRBO condo very misleading.

1.Trying to find a place to park was very difficult because we did not even know which building where the room was located. Had to park around several buildings in the snow to find our room. 2.Upon opening door to room there was a strong odor mix between Mildew and Marijuana.( We went to buy febreeze to spray over whole unit.) 3.bathroom door we’re hard to lock and could just be pushed open. Bed room door knob was hard to lock. Back patio door knob would spin and was hard to open. 4. When unpacking there was no room in closet to store clothes or luggage because closets were stuffed with personal belongings. Dressers were full of stuff as well so we had to live out of our luggage that laid in the floor. 5. Kitchen refrigerator- Door was full of used and expired condiments(butter container had crumbs in it and left in there.) Kitchen cabinets were very very disorganized and packed full with items that when pulled out pots,pans,and ect. Would fall out. One drawer was completely stuff with junk and was very nasty. Dishwasher did not clean properly and all dishes were hand washed. Counter tops felt cluttered with stuff. 6. Laundry Room!!!!!! Picture on VRBO is inaccurate!!! Doing laundry was an issue do to the small space and the way the dryer door opened. You had to duck and crawl under dryer door to even get your clothes. Overall- Felt like we walked into a hoarders shed or someone’s storage unit. Pictures and description of unit very misleading on VRBO.

Little piece of Heaven in Angel Fire

Condo is on first floor and we could park our truck about 100 ft. away. Place was really nice and had everything we needed to have a great stay. Fireplace is easy to fire up and even puts off some good heat. To get to the lift just go to the Fox stop and was picked up everyday within 5 min. Drops you right off at the ski area. Great Service. I won't hesitate to rent this unit again!

Perfect home away from home! Owner contacted me before I even received the first email from booking. Perfect communication and coordination with the owner leading up to arrival and during the stay. Very cozy setting for morning coffee watching the snow fall and perfect setup for beer and pizza to watch the weekend ball games. Lots of room to store our ski equipment and easy walk to resort shopping and eating. Loaded with every creature comfort from home. Puzzles, games, DVD, Dish Network, High speed internet, good water pressure, great tasting water, quiet 1st floor location, ample parking, good heating, comfy beds and furniture. We packed way to much kitchen and bath stuff…condo was loaded with plenty. Store in town had everything we needed to prep meals and feel at home. We only stayed three nights, but could have easily spent a few months. Can’t say enough great things about this condo and owner. Already coordinating next trip!

Bro Fishing Trip

Clean and neat. Had everything we needed for a long weekend trip. Beds were comfy, wifi worked great, well supplied. Host bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Plus we caught lots of fish in Cimarron River and Eagle Nest Lake!

Great condo, great location!

We had a great stay at this condo. Walking distance to the lodge and ski area. Perfect location, perfect space for our family of 4. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and was great for allowing us to cook some meals. Would highly recommend renting this property for your trip. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful!
