1〜4ベッドルームのコテージにはフルキッチン、ファミリールームがあり、バルコニーで上映されています。 私たちのプライベートビーチへのアクセスは通りの真向かいにあり、高いサンデッキのある美しいプールが敷地内にあります。 各部屋に熱/空気、テレビ、コンロ/オーブン、電���レンジ、Keurig、トースター、鍋/フライパン、食器類、銀器類があります。

この2ベッド/ 2バスの居心地の良いコテージは、美しく静かな環境�����で小さな家のすべての設備を提供しています。

部屋はシンプルで清潔で快適です。

このコテージには3つの入り口があります - メインのリビングエリア/キッチンへの1つと2つのマスターベッドルームのそれぞれへの1つ。 これにより、コテージ内の他の人を邪魔することなく、各寝室に滞在中のゲストが外側から自分の部屋にアクセスできるようになります。 必要に応じて2つ目の寝室を分離するための「ロックオフ」機能もあります。

コテージにいる間は、ベッドルーム、ファミリールーム、またはスクリーンのバルコニーでリラックスできます。

Property was as expected. It was a nice place to stay. It does show its age but overall no problems, staff was easy to work with as we had to extend our stay and they made it a seamless smooth transition.

Good location and price, but the unit is not functional for more than a couple or small family. If you are going with friends or in-laws, you would have to walk through there bedroom from your master BR to get to the kitchen area- Screen porch- dirty and dated-Good dish TV service.

Rooms were clean, Saltaire provided the "extras" that make a short trip easy and the board games in the room were a hit with the teens.

This property is at a great and convenient location for food, shopping, and sightseeing. Wonderful and relaxing views from bother the screened porch and front porch. The path to the beach for Saltaire guests was just across the road,to the left of the brown house. Traffic on the road was totally manageable to cross. The pool was a nice option to have and never crowded. Plenty of pool toys & floats present. The layout was cozy, and worked fine for 3 of us. The rooms are interconnected, so in order to get to the main living/kitchen area from the “master/king” bedroom, you did have to walk through the other bedroom, or go out on the balcony. Overall, highly recommend this place, would come back again!

I recommend this property. It was in a great location. Everything was as expected. The living room furniture was a little dated and not plush. That was not a surprise though, because we could tell that from the pictures. The only surprise was the adjoining bedrooms. If you stayed in the master bedroom, you had to walk through the other bedroom to get to the common area. Each bedroom had an exterior door, so you could walk outside and then use the main door to enter the living area. I would have liked it better if the common area had been in the middle with a bedroom on each side. The setup was a bit odd and provided limited privacy. Overall, it was a nice rental & I would stay again.

The entire property and cottage are very well kept, nicely updated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean! Great location with private access to beach and spectacular views. Neighbors and staff very friendly and considerate. Super easy check in and check out. You can tell Saltaire wants their guests to have a wonderful time!

Just what you need on a beach getaway...

You feel like you are right at home at the beach as soon as you get out of the car. It was just what we needed, not fancy but clean and spacious for friends to hang out without having to worry too much about anything.

Honestly - this place is a Gem! Right across from the beach, staff were awesome, great communication, everything was clean and plenty of things near by. You have your own private beach access! There was a guy Dave, who always helped with things and was very friendly and willing to assist. I can’t say it enough - well worth a visit and well worth the money. Our family will be putting this on our destination favorites and you should too.

This place was perfect. Everybody was nice, we never had an issue with parking, the pool was never super crowded… we would definitely stay again!

Very clean. Loved the soft sheets. I didn’t read the description well, so I was surprised that there wasn’t a dishwasher. It was a little weird to have to walk through one bedroom to reach the other. Very convenient beach access!

Accommodations were awesom. Beach access was good and restaurants in walking distance. More comfortable outdoor seating would be my only suggestion.

Very convenient to the beach & close to some restaurants. A/C very good. Great pool. Screened in porch was nice but needs a fan and the cracks in the table & window ledges were extremely dirty. Also needs cleaning behind the dresser. Was going to use the pull out couch but lifted the pillows & very dirty underneath.

Fine place - no frills

First time to OBX and our family had a great trip. The Saltaire property is dated but clean. Loved our ocean view and it was nice to have the pool for an evening dip. We were able to check in a little early and the umbrella and chairs we rented were waiting for us. Wished they would have had some beach toys or boogie boards - we had to buy everything on-site and left (hopefully for the next guest) since we traveled by plane. We liked Art’s Place and had a great dinner down at the Martini Bar. After getting to know the area Kitty Hawk is more run down than others - if we come back we’ll opt for Duck or Corolla.
