マラガ空港からわずか29km、マルベーリャから25kmに位置しています。 都市化は景観庭園と小さな子供に最適な浅い側面を持つ2つの大きなスイミングプールで非常によく維持されています。 地中海からジブラルタルとアフリカまでの素晴らしい景色。
複合施設はゲートで開閉され、プールの最上部にはプールバー（Chiringuito）があり、ここで冷たい飲み物とタパスを楽しめます。

Fabian was great to deal with! He has a warm personality and a relaxed manner that makes you feel welcome. His apartment is immaculate and simply cannot be faulted… it’s well located, quiet and spacious, as well as very well equipped.

Really nice apartment - everything you need, great size, fabulous balcony with the best view and fab pool. Lovely local restaurants. Pity the closest beach is nudist (just not our thing) - 20 minute walk to the next one which was worth the walk. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

L’arrivée est grandement facilité grâce à la communication avec Fabian le propriétaire. La propreté des lieux et la tranquillité font de cet endroit un paradis. Toutes les facilitées se retrouvent dans l’appartement. L’endroit est très sécuritaire et on peu aller prendre une marche après le souper. Merci encore!

Wonderful apartment and perfect host

This apartment is fantastic. Exactly as described, be in no doubt. A lovely, well furnished apartment with the most spectacular views. The host was there to greet us on arrival and quickly show us around the apartment, and was on hand when needed. Thank you Fabian. Very pleasant stay

You would need a car to get to best beaches and to the grocery, but everything else is fantastic - the view, the apartment, the location. Used it as a base to see neighboring towns and it worked out great.

Kaunis ja viihtyisä

Huoneisto oli erinomainen ja käytännöllinen, kun olimme osan lomasta isolla porukalla. Väliovella sai huoneiston jaettua kahden perheen asunnoksi eikä erilaiset vuorokausirytmit häirinneet. Näköalat olivat hurmaavat niin päivällä kuin öiseen aikaan. Puutarhanhoitoon oli kiinnitetty paljon huomiota. Uima-allasbaarissa oli maukasta ruokaa ja ystävällinen palvelu. Pienten lasten uima-allas suljettiin syyskuun alusta, mutta hyvin lapsiperheet pärjäsivät isommallakin altaalla.Lähellä oli pari pikkukauppaa. Isommat ostokset teimme lähikylissä mennen bussilla ja taksilla takaisin. Matkat olivat edullisia. Bussimatkat kahdelta kolmisen euroa. Taksi noin kympin. Olimme tosi tyytyväisiä kaikkeen. Kuvat vastasivat todellisuutta. Voimme mennä toistekin!

Lovely clean property

Fabian was a great host. The accommodation was clean and had everything that we needed. The Sangria that was left for us in the fridge was a lovely gesture. We had 3 adults and 2 teenagers for our stay. The balcony had the sun all day and was nice to sit out in the evenings. The pool was lovely and quiet and the pool bar was handy. With a lifeguard on the smaller pool for younger children. The local shop had everything you needed although on the pricy side. There was a lovely beach just under a mile away. Christine’s which was a local restaurant was nice along with Le Teja This was a great stay and would recommend

Perfect Holiday

We spent 10 days in Fabian's apartment and enjoyed every second of it. On the day of our arrival Fabian picked us up at Malaga airport and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is located in a secured and very well maintained complex. It was very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need on vacation. We did not lack anything. All three bedrooms (!) and the living room have great working air conditioning, which was absolutely an advantage in the (nightly) temperatures in Andalusia. There was a view of the sea from all bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in all closets. Our highlight was the balcony where we had breakfast every morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The balcony has plenty of seating, 4 sun loungers and even an electric awning. The bathrooms were also well equipped (with enough storage space, mirrors, good hair dryers and even a straightener), the showers worked perfectly. The kitchen was also equipped with everything we needed (good electrical appliances, enough dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils). The complex includes a beautiful pool, which is even guarded by a lifeguard throughout the day. At the pool Fabian has also provided 4 sun loungers. There were also air mattresses and floaties at the pool for everyone to use, and several restrooms. Just above the pool is a pool bar that is open six days a week, offering drinks and snacks (burgers, paella, sandwiches, etc.), games, and a pool table. Events are also held there several times a week (no noise pollution!). On foot you can reach a street with two smaller supermarkets and some restaurants in a few minutes, as well as the bus stop and the sea. However, we did not use the "beach" there. We always went by bus or cab to Cala de Mijas (only a few kilometers), where there is a nice beach, restaurants, Stores, Overall, however, it is recommended to have a car available. The apartment and the complex were really a dream, the communication with Fabian was excellent. We can recommend the apartment and Fabian as a host

Great place

One of best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Great central location, was clean & fully stocked. Fabian responded quickly to couple questions we had and kindly met one of our party extremely late for check in after a flight delay. Perfect vacation and would not hesitate to rent here again. View was lovely off large balcony and at least 15 degrees cooler on that balcony. Thanks Fabian for a fabulous holiday rental

Veldig rent og fint. Alt av nødvendig utstyr. Gode senger. Fantastisk utsikt. Noe trafikkstøy fra veien. Veldig fint anlegg med enkel og trygg parkering. Flott svømmebasseng på anlegget (men et var uten vann). Veldig grei kommunikasjon med verten. Totalt veldig fornøyd.

Great time in Costa del Sol

This location with ocean views and easy access to popular areas is a gem. The general area, Mijas, has restaurants, golf, beaches and services just a few minutes away. And a surprising historic district just 20 minutes drive. Fabian is a very helpful host and a good communicator.

Cómoda, limpia y bonita

La casa está en perfectas condiciones, tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Fabián es una persona super agradable y esta en todo momento disponible por si surgiera algún inconveniente. La casa está muy limpia y hoy por hoy con el tema COVID es de agradecer. Es perfecta para disfrutar de la zona de Mijas y sus alrededores.

Pobyt w Hiszpanii bardzo, Nam się podobał,pełen wrażeń, zwiedzania ciekawych miejsc,Urzekła Nas różnorodna roślinność .Mili ludzie ,uśmiechnięci, przyjaźni.Wszystko przebiegało w przyjemnej atmosferze.Muszę jeszcze wspomnieć,że bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczył Nas pobyt w apartamencie ,który był umiejscowiony na strzeżonym osiedlu,z basenami i zadbanym pięknym ogrodzie ,który urozmaicały różnorodne rośliny.Apartament czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony,niczego tam nie brakowało,brawa dla właściciela.Wypoczynek w Hiszpanii na pewno zaliczam do udanych mile, ciekawie spędzonych wakacji.
