Dirty

Everything was dirty. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Even the golf course was covered with debris so that you couldn’t play. It was completely rundown. I would never stay there again.

Doable but not preferred.

Property personnel are very welcoming and the indoor pool as well as the jacuzzi were decent. The property needs a major deep cleaning of the rooms including the bathrooms! There were spider webs in tangled with insects above the room curtain from the sliding door being left open previously. We had to buy tub cleaner and clean out the shower ourselves because it seems to have been missed in the previous cleaning before us getting the room. We had a double queen suite and the mattresses were on top of what seemed and sound like a filing cabinet closing each time we sat on the bed or changed positions. Not very comfy but again doable for a not getting much sleep weekend. Overall I would rate this a 2 star hotel. It served its purpose for the 2 nights we had to sleep there for a weekend wedding we attended near by. If we had to stay longer than 2 nights this place would definitely be a no go.

Family friendly resort

Overall this is a good place to stay while visiting Cape Cod. It is centrally located with several nice beaches close by. It's also close to Hyannis Port and Dennis and only a couple of hours drive for a day trip to Provincetown. Mariner Resort staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard hotel size, with no closet. However they were clean and comfortable. The main attraction are the pools. Both the indoor and the outdoor pool are large and well maintained. The mini golf course is small. The free breakfast could more variety. We stayed for three days and felt the price was just right. PS: The Whydah Pirate Musemum is a must see!
