Great location, but condo desperately needs updates

The building was conveniently located and felt very secure. The condo itself, while very spacious and clean, is in desperate need of updates. The furniture is mostly old and worn, the bathrooms are carpeted, which feels unsanitary. The TVs are incredibly old and not clear at all. The heater in the master bedroom was hard to operate and is either fully on or off.

Great location

This property was in a perfect location if you want to ski beaver creek. Just a short walk to the gondola up to the mountain as well as plenty of resources located inside of the building

Spring Break

Everything was great. TV in Master was of no value-not connected to cable as the jack was in the opposite corner of the room. Great location with easy access to shuttles and the Village Gondola. Left the unit the day they closed the resort due to Covid-19!

Perfect location and very spacious!

This property is wonderful for families and would be equally great for a group of friends. Plenty of room for everyone with two large bedrooms and one smaller room, each with their own bathroom. The living room was cozy and the kitchen/dining room were perfect for being able to have some meals in vs always having to go out. The location is really great. You can walk 5-10 mins and have lots of options for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Super short drive to grocery store, etc. Overall a great place to stay. It is a bit dated but that didn't negatively impact our trip. I did give it only 3 stars for cleanliness as we found a dirty sock in one of the beds so obviously the sheets had not been properly cleaned/changed.

Holiday trip

The overall stay was fine but the place is terribly dated. There is no actual thermostat in the place and the heat is controlled by separate wall heaters. Not all of them have their own on/off dial and even the ones that do, don't work properly. This made it hard to control the temperature in the bedrooms and the living area. The master bedroom gets extremely hot at night! There are fans in the closet but it would be nice to be able to actually control the heat level better than using the fans. The kitchen window has a very noticeable draft coming in from outside. I had to turn the oven on each AM to heat up the place. The bunkbed room needs new window covering as they do not operate properly and we could not close them well to keep light out. The bunkbeds are definitely designed for small people. A larger person cannot sit up comfortably. It would have been nice to have a shuttle schedule in the unit to explain how the shuttle system works. Our first night was a bit difficult to figure out in the dark.

Makeover needed

The Location of the property is Fantastic; however, the Units are Very OUTDATED. The Size of the Units is Perfect; however, Definitely in need of New Furnishings... Electronics... & Better Lighting. Love the Convenience of the Covered Parking Garage, Restaurants, Shops & access to the Gondola. This is the 2nd Unit I stayed at the Lodge at Beavercreek in 2 months; & this 2nd Unit was even more outdated than the first unit (a little disappointing). I've been told a renovation is planned for the near future; and I sincerely hope it happens; or I will not be staying at this location in the future. Thank You

Comfortable condo. Good location.

The condo clearly hasn't been refurbished in many years but it is really comfortable, clean, spacious and, good value. Location was very convenient. Easy walk to gondola and supermarket and public transportation. I would stay there again

Outdated and many things don't work

Location was great but everything about this place is outdated. Had a broken heater in several rooms (one nearly started a fire while manager was on sight). I didn't want to bother management anymore to tell him the TVs in the master and other bedroom with King size bed didn't work. The faucet from middle bathroom had cold only as dial doesn't work. I realize we paid a lower amount but all of these items should work. Flat screens are so cheap now at days. I personally manage properties in Texas and don't allow anything to be wrong with bathrooms. Will not rent this unit again (unless remodeled).

great place and a great location.

The condo is great, a bit out-dated in decor but who cares when we are here to ski. Two double beds in place of the one K or Q would attract a bigger potential universe of renters. Would stay here again.
