Great property

The check in process was easy and the place was great. Plenty of room and the heated pool was a plus! We had great communication the entire time and would absolutely rent here again.

Enjoyed the stay, I’ve stayed at a couple different units at this location. This was the best. Didn’t have an assigned parking spot like the other units but you are provided with a parking pass for the street parking so it worked out just as good. I liked that this unit is at the ground level right next to the pool. Already have another trip booked

Great Beach Stay

Property was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood very quiet and the location is right by the beach, about a minute walk. Went for a morning stroll on the beach and watched the dolphins swim through the sea. Very close to great eateries. Family had a great stay! Would absolutely book again!

Short stay cute place

It’s a good place to stay if you don’t plan on cooking much. Would have been nice to know earlier that we needed to bring sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, paper towels and toilet paper rather than after final payment submitted. It suited our purposes and was close to the beach. Also you get a permit to park but still have to pay for metered parking but that is not the owners fault. Overall a nice short stay.

Not what I expected.

Had to ask for more cleaning. Hair in the tub, floors were not as clean. No sheets, towels or pillows…found out when we got the address. Disappointing that we did not know that from the start. Wires and electric hanging out of the wall and bathroom ceiling. Closet doors broken, blinds on the windows broken. Minimal appliances and a dirty fridge. You should get theses places a bit better. Never had this problem with Airbnb.

The location one block from the beach is great. We received a message the day prior to our stay that we would be required to bring our own sheets, blankets, and towels. Given the limited space we had for packing this was a hardship and we would certainly have booked a different location had we known this prior to the cancellation date. In addition, you will need to provide your own toilet paper and paper towels, which is at least specified in the check in instructions, but there were also no appropriately sized garbage bags provided. The blinds on the front door are damaged, which limits privacy in the living space. We also had trouble with the lock box for the key, which is old and sometimes difficult to open. This could be a very nice space to stay in, but has a few kinks to work out.

Enjoyable stay in Wildwood

I’d give this place and the overall experience a 3.5 out of 5. My fiancé and I stood here for 4 nights and we typically stay at 4 star hotels. We stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic and knew there were restrictions prior to renting the apartment but it was not a major inconvenience. The owner stated that we needed to bring our own bedding set, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. We had a minor issue due to sand being on the table and inside the drawer but the owner quickly offered to resolve it. Here are my honest pros and cons: Pros: -Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach -Owner is very responsive and overall provided great customer service -Kitchen including fridge is spacious, although we did not cook -Reasonably sized bedroom closet with provided hangers -Clean bathroom, a little small but enough room for the essentials -Pool access, although we didn’t use it -Parking pass is a plus, is limited to Wildwood Crest town -Mattress is ok, we only slept in the double bed and are used to sleeping on a memory foam bed so a little spoiled in this area Cons: -Most dresser drawers are broken and were sandy, we cleaned it -Furniture seems outdated -Toilet paper holder is missing -Futon mattress is too thin -Kitchen table retains sand -Shower head is a little loose I provided the pros and cons to the owner and he stated that he will look into making improvements for next season. Overall I would recommend staying here, especially after the improvements are made.
