Beware
We have message the property management team here approximately 25 times since the day of our arrival. We stayed eight days. Air conditioning downstairs did not work but upstairs was freezing. The pool heater never worked one single day, and the lights in the pool also went out, there were outlets hanging out of the wall that children were able to touch. The master bathroom had bugs all over the counter and bathtub. The downstairs floors were so dirty our feet were black within a matter of two hours. I did give them multiple chances from Friday until this Friday to respond to me or call me every time I got the same automated message , it said this has been expedited to our manager. He will reach out to you who is still to this day has not we stayed out of the home as long as we could just only sleep there. We also had to buy new sheets from Walmart because they were also dirty . We also purchased many cleaning supplies.
