Girl's Weekend

Took a nice weekend to spend time with friends and enjoyed the property. We had enough beds to fit 9 of us and the property was very neat and clean. The property owner was very responsive and the check-in/check-out was simple. sweet.

Fantastic place

We loved our visit, this place felt like home. Very spacious, great location- a short walk to two different beach access, we walked to restaurants, we walked to the grocery store, etc. We would absolutely rent this place again. Owners were very responsive. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wedding Weekend

Great property

We stayed at the property for a softball tournament that got rained out. The house was large enough for 4 different families to spread out! There were games and books available for use, a few staples in the kitchen and lots of beach items (we did not use them). Great property right near the TJ Maxx around MM9.5.

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed... The kitchen had everything you could possibly ever need. The deck was amazing, we spent a lot of time out there. Would stay in this house again

Great beach house

Nice quiet neighborhood and plenty of space in the house. My only dislike was the AC doesn’t seem proportioned very well. We shut the vents downstairs and it was still very cold down there and hot upstairs.

Fun Time at the Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Outer Banks. The house was as expected and close to the beach, shopping and other activities. What we enjoyed the most was the spaciousness of the house. With 6 teenagers, they all had there own spots for their alone time but also enjoyed all the activities that the house/beach had to offer together. We will definitely will be back!

Cottage Stay

We appreciated the cleanliness and space of this rental. Short walk or car ride to beach access. The rental yard needs much care as not useable in its present state. The beach wagon, chairs & toys are stored outside, so not in good condition. We did not use them. Thanks.

awesome birthday weekend

Our stay in OBX during my birthday weekend will be unforgettable. My niece enjoyed the beach so much and she even told me that she doesn't want to leave and just stay in OBX. The accommodation we received from Allison and Corrine was impeccable. The house is within walking distance to the beach and close to 2 supermarkets (Food Lions and Harris Teeters). Also, the location is close to most of the restaurants in the area. I'm looking forward for another OBX trip and will definitely stay at Allison and Corrine's place again. To Allison and Corrine... my family wants to say "THANK YOU" for the wonderful accommodation you provided to us when we were in OBX. Roy C.

Fabulous!

The home was great for our three families and so close to the beach...so close that our almost 3 year old grandson had no trouble making the trek. The added benefit of the beach buggy and bicycles was wonderful. There are only two small changes we would make. 1) better knives...they were impossible to cut with and 2) maybe a small rug in the gathering area off the kitchen. It was hard to have six adults in there without someone sitting on the floor...and that got very hard after a while! Would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks Corrine and Addison!

Fun family beach week

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Our group included a baby, toddlers and a teenager as well as parents and grandparents. We were all looking forward to this mini family reunion and the house was perfect for our needs. There were enough beds and space for everyone. My husband and I took the downstairs bedroom with its own living area so he could have a spot when he needed some quiet. When there was an issue with the tv reception the hosts responded right away and set up a Roku. Corrine always answered my texts right away when I had a question or concern. We spent a lot of time on the main deck. It even a gate so we didn’t have to worry about the little ones having access to those stairs. The house was a short walk from the beach but there were also usually parking spots if we started early enough. The house was clean and well equipped. We had a great week!

Perfect house for 2-family getaway

Nice, clean house with a few different spaces to socialize--perfect for multiple families with kids who want to hangout together (and away from the adults). The balcony was a wonderful spot for morning coffee or a cocktail and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the grocery store is nearby, too. We were really happy with it!
