House was spacious. There were basic things there that you would use for cooking. For the price I expected to not have encountered the following… Mice poop in the dresser drawers in the bunk bedroom ( grossed me out!!), crumbs in the utensil drawers, mildew smell in master bedroom and a few other details. It is a lovely location and the decor was adorable minus the few Christmas ones. The sectional was not comfortable and as others described it does sink down. It’s a great spot for a large crew but the price you pay doesn’t match the quality you get.

4th of July Holiday

We had a great time visiting family for the 4th and would recommend the property to anyone! Check in was easy and the place was in close proximity to town and all the 4th of July festivities. The place also had enough space for all of us and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our travel plans changed last minute and we were glad to find this place to stay that was convenient to so much we wanted to do in the UP. It was just a few minutes to groceries and restaurants and also provided us with great access to the National Lakeshore. The property is huge with lots of space for the dogs and privacy. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Thank you for letting us use your home!

The kitchen and grill were great, we cooked a lot during the week we stayed. The house was a good size for two couples, my two aunts and an adult cousin and two dogs. We had 4 vehicles and a trailer with a Razor and 4x4. Great location for all the trails, sight seeing and getting to restaurants and stores. Everything was clean, but it is time to refresh the couch and some of the mattresses. The owner responded quickly when the dishwasher stopped working and got it replaced same day. It was a fun trip!
