This completely renovated unit is located in Old Marco and has a great lanai which overlooks the Marco River. The Unit features a fabulous gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful cream cabinets, butcher block island and stone counter tops. All closets have built in shelving and there is plenty of storage space. There are two flat screen TVs and wifi is included. Plenty of closet space as well as a washer/dryer inside. The lanai overlooks the Marco River and the Jolly Bridge, including a spectacular view of the Riverside Marina. There are two pools, two hot tubs, 3 tennis courts. Covered parking spot is included.

Debi has been coming to Marco Island, FL/Riverside Condo for the past 20 years and fell in love with the riverside condo development. She had been longing to buy a unit at the Riverside but was waiting for the right one. She is so happy to have found the best unit in the building! This unit is close to restaurants, shops, has the best waterfront view in the building.

Wifi, washer and dryer in the apartment, two televisions, high impact glass doors, as well as remote control hurricane shutters and shades. Everything in this unit has been completely renovated.
