So, the statement that no one was available is inaccurate.- The guest did not attempt to bring the problem to our attention, even after just talking with us. The fact is that the issue could have been solved quickly had the issues been mentioned at the time, so the stay could have been enjoyed.We take great pride in being responsive and available to our guests."
