Cape Coral Waterfront Stay

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it once again. The house is very well equipped, clean and in very good condition. The pool and outside patio are very nice. The property grounds are very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet but really close to restaurants and shopping. We definitely plan on renting again.

Wonderful Experience

The house was immaculate. The owners provided (without special request) anything you could possibly think of. FULL kitchen (literally everything you would want in a kitchen to cook with) a garage full of everything you’d need for a beach day (to include at least 7 beach towels for multiple days), a nice binder of information for the surrounding areas. The owners left no stone unturned for a perfect getaway house. The maintenance man answered his phone on the first ring when we couldn’t figure out the lock. 30 second phone call, boom, right in the house. The owners and who they use as maintenance could not have been better. 47/10 recommend!!

Peaceful Paradise

Our stay was better than imagined. This house is in great condition and has upscale and well coordinated decor. The amenities are many, including a comfy hammock style chair in the shade, excellent fish and seafood restaurants close by and bicycles, in addition to the obvious lovely pool, grill etc., mentioned in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and safely walkable.

We were very happy with the property, clean, well stocked. Couldn't think of anything that was missing. The backyard pool and patio were perfect. Great view of the canal. Very quiet day and night. The location is a real plus, lot's of restaurants near by (walking distance for some). Close to several golf courses and shopping. We would definitely book here again.

Lovely house

We had a nice stay, the house is great, well furnished with everything you need. Great pool, great view. However we did not like the location as it was far from everything. Obviously, because of the hurricane, Fort Myers is in a terrible state and the beach is awful. Cape Coral beach is still closed. So thats a shame.

Beautiful home, relaxing stay

The visit was a combination of remote work and needing to be in the area for a couple of in person meetings (aka, business with a side of relaxation). The neighborhood was very quiet and we were close to all the necessary shopping and businesses, plus easy access to the bridge to Ft Myers. The home was well provisioned and we appreciated the ability to dine inside our outside. Would absolutely return to rent again!

Winter Getaway

We spent 17 days at this home, which is in a nice community where you can walk or ride bikes. Close drive to stores and restaurants. House was perfect for 6 adults and well equipped with everything we needed. Made good use of the heated pool and weather was great. Would recommend and stay again.

My family of five spent the week between Christmas and New Year's at this beautiful home. Pool was great and the river was only a few minutes away by boat. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had, though everything was easy with check in. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing property! The house is absolutely beautiful and well stocked! Lots of water and beach toys to play with. The owner was really nice and checked in with me over the phone to be sure I had his number in case I needed anything. The pool was clean! Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home that has everything that you would need for a Beautiful vacations.

Had a great time renting this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you would need . Lots of Great restaurants and bars nearby. We loved the Beach in Cape Coral and enjoyed dinner and music at the Boat House right by the beach. 🏖️ We will definitely be back and stay again. Had great communication with the owner also . Highly recommend this place.
