Great place

It was nice, right on the end, and beautiful view. We had a great time. The room was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the chairs, umbrella, and beach toys.

The place is in a beautiful area right off the beach as advertised. The building is a bit old but nothing that's a deal breaker. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo ! The weather was chilly ,but we thoroughly enjoyed every minute ! The balcony ocean view was so perfect , our room was very accommodating for what we needed , cannot wait to come back ! We did have a minor problem with towels but it was handled promptly !

Amazing view and comfortable to stay

Closer to the beach, amazing location, a bit small for cooking also had some issues with the parking and was not able to use the parking permit during my stay also no one was there to assist with this problem. Also seems like this was the final warning, this made my stay a bit uncomfortable since I had to park at the beach. But other than that it was ok.

Excellent Stay for Location vs. Price

My wife and two young boys had a great 6 day vacation here! Based on the excellent location (right on the beach, beach view, 2nd floor in front of the elevator, nice area), the price couldn't really be beat! These were the only things that could have made it better: - Updated dishes and utensils that were actually microwave safe (or mention that visitors must bring their own) - More toilet paper/towels for the length of stay - The wash and dryer units in the building were broken and errored out. We know this was out of the owner's control, but made it more difficult to manage

You get what you pay for

Left early. It was clean and great location and view. Actual unit was horribly dated, could not open kitchen cabinets due to age, bedding needs replacing, bed needs replacing . First time I’ve ever felt the need to buy bedding for my stay.

Great price good location

The bed is on wheels and that was annoying . The floor was sandy on arrival , kinda hard to combat that in general though so it wasn’t a big deal . Previous guest room parking pass and the property manager communicated quickly to find an alternate solution to the problem . I was pleased.

1) The place was gross. When we arrived It had smears of feces and blood on walls and shower curtain. The only reason why I stayed and cleaned it was because according to other reviewers, if you complain about the cleanliness, they will just cancel your booking and leave you in the position of having no where else to go. I was exhausted and did not have another unit to go to at the time.2) Another issue that we had was the listing that was posted when we booked indicated that there was a laundry facility on the premises, which was not accurate. 3) Someone claiming to be their maintenance worker tried forcing their way into the unit. Very concerning.4) The door code stopped working. Thankfully, we kept our belongings in the car because we felt it was better to take the risk of keeping them in the vehicle than in a place that someone had already tried getting into (This was the last straw. We couldn't fathom dealing with anymore antics involving the unit and company).5) They never sent nor offered to send someone to unlock the door for us and gave us many excuses as to why they shouldn't have to have to refund us for days that we were deprived access.Note: we did not complain AT ALL until we were essentially locked out without any response initially to unlock the door. Misrepresented accommodations aside, one would think it's a crime to take money from someone with a promise of service/housing and not provide either the agreed service/housing for days not provided.

Confusing reviews

We booked this room last minute after another VRBO cancelled us less than a week before our arrival and since it was race week there was nothing economical about this room. I was torn because the reviews were so lopsided, either really bad or really good but considering we had few options we took a chance. Unfortunately the bad reviews were more accurate. We’re not super picky, I’m ok with needing updated so long as things are clean and in a sense they were. I’d call it quickie clean. I believe the floors were mopped and things were quickly wiped down the linen/towels were probably washed but they smelled musty and looked liked they’d been used to clean the floor previously. We have family not to far away we stayed here as to not crowd them and to have a ocean view, anyway we borrowed towels from them rather than use the towels supplied with the room. The lack of cleanliness were in the places that a quickie clean doesn’t reach. Things like the ceiling fan which had an obvious layer of crud on it as well as the ceiling and wall around it. The top of the refrigerator. The back of the coffee maker. Under the burners on the stove. Some of these things I cleaned myself, some I didn’t bother. The bed/mattress felt as if it were wrapped in an oversized piece of foam then sheets (which had holes in them) were holding it all together. However I must confess that we both slept well and it was surprisingly comfortable. That and the view were the only bright spots of our stay.
