Robyn was a great host. Always quick to answer questions. There was plenty of room for the 13 of us. The house had all the supplies we needed for cooking. The grill was great to cook outside. We were disappointed we couldn't sit outside because it was so hot.

Black Bear Retreat

This was the perfect place for our group of 14, 3 families to stay! With three levels in the house, each family had their own space, but it also had a good set up for together time in the kitchen/living area and game/pool table area on the lower level. The house was very clean and had all amenities as advertised. The neighborhood pools were close and had a good amount of parking, and also had clean, easily accessible bathrooms in the clubhouse at the pool. The patio and hot tub were a hit as well. It made for a relaxing, long weekend. Highly recommend!

Family Vaca!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this home. It's a great place and fits all the family. Whenever there's been an issue, it's been handled quickly and professionally. We've had great fun here!! Kids all love the pool :) It's convenient to local fun spots for kids and adults.Thank you!!

GREAT vacation spot!

We had a fabulous stay! The house has just about anything you need for an extended stay. Also, these were the most comfortable beds we have ever had on vacation! Loved the hot tub and pool table. Will hopefully be back for future stays. Highly recommend!

Peaceful setting - plenty of room

This was our second time staying at this house. It is located in a quite area, beautiful location. The house has plenty of living space. The host, Robyn, responded quickly to questions. I would highly recommend the property to other large families. We had a great time.

Good for large group short stay

The property is great for large group with several conversation areas. Lots of tv's if you're interested. 3 generations stayed here from Friday evening to Monday morning and all were mostly happy. There are 3 refrigerators which was great but only one has an ice maker so we ran out of ice. Utilized the 3 front porch rocking chairs every morning! We enjoyed the small bundle of firewood. There is a broken Adirondack chair & only 2 chairs at the patio table. A few glitches, the hot tub was 107 when we arrived on Friday night making it impossible to use safely. Manager did get tech out 1st thing Saturday morning but it was disappointing to arrive & not have the use of the hot tub. Garage door key pad did not work. Front door key pad is quirky but works after a few tries. LOTS of stuff stored in garage, master closet & pantry, this made it challenging to store the food we brought for our large group The light in the master commode room is so dim you cannot see if you close the door. Several times I asked about the bathroom layout but never really got a clear answer. The master is the only bedroom that is connected to a bathroom. The other 3 bathrooms are off a hallway or common area on each floor. The driveway is on an incline with parking for 4 small or midsized vehicles. The garage would easily hold two cars if it wasn't used for storage, as is there is ample room for one car.

Amazing home

This property was everything we were looking for. We put all the kids in the basement bedrooms and they could have their own space. Plenty of room for kids and adults. We loved the hot tub and patio area. Having pool access was nice as well. We were close to Table Rock Lake which was what we wanted. It was perfect for our extended family.

Location Close to Branson Area Activities

Great VRBO with lots of room to spread out. The patio with a propane fire pit and hot tub were great for our family. The host was very responsive. Suggest doing an inventory of kitchen utensils I.e. measuring cups etc. Only 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City and 10 minutes to Top of the Rock. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect House For Family Get Together

We had the most wonderful time visiting family and staying in this home in Hollister. The house was large but cozy with so much room for family and activities. It is 3 levels which granted some seclusion when needed. The pool is zero entry so my young children could easily enter and exist. This house had everything we needed and I would definitely stay here again.

I am a 56 year old business lady who loves traveling. I have traveled over 180 days per year for 20 years so I know firsthand the challenges of staying at hotels. I wanted to have all the comforts of home when I am away and that is why I love hosting guests. I can give them beautiful accommodations with all the comforts of home. I started hosting in 2017 and have over 600 guests stay. I have 12 properties that range from a small 2 bedroom in my home town of Ocala, FL to an 80 acre working horse ranch.
Two years ago, I fell in love with Branson Mo. I love the shows, the lakes, all the fun things to do, the great restaurants and the endless fun that Branson has to offer. I now own 7 nicely furnished homes in Branson Canyon ranging from 4-7 bedrooms and nothing makes me happier than families coming together to have the times of their lives and making life long memories at my homes.
