Ocean Village is a gated community located in the shores of the ocean in Fort Pierce. This property is available at this time for the season. We are looking for a tenant January to March 2020. This is a newly renovated (new floor, new bedroom, and living room furniture) unit in the 3rd floor of Ocean Village. Beach, 3 par 9 hole golf course, tennis, bocce, cards, aerobics classes and much more are part of the amenities at Ocean Village. This gated community is near downtown Fort Pierce. Beach front restaurants, The Sunrise Theater, The UDT Navy Seal museum, Manatee Center, and the historic Fort Pierce library by the ocean are among the attractions near by.

Great Location and Beautiful Condo

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Aldo‘s condominium. The condo overlooks the first tee of the 9 hole par 3 course that winds through Ocean Village. It also has an Ocean view. Only steps away from the restaurant and Tiki Bar. The newly renovated pool is beautiful as well. We will definitely be returning to this property again.

Relaxing place for a couple to unwind and enjoy some sunshine. Except for the pool being closed for some time the place is just what is needed! Would stay again!

Nice location, great communication

Communication and location were excellent. We were a little disappointed that the pool was inoperable, but the weather wasn't great for for sitting around the pool anyway. The unit was clean, except for the floors. There was a lot of sand, which you kind of expect at the beach, but we took off our shoes as soon as we got inside and there was sand every where. The rest of the unit was clean, so I don't know if the cleaning crew forgot to sweep or what. I can't say enough about the unit. It was older, but very comfortable. The bed was comfy, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in there. It really felt like like an apartment. The community was nice and safe and the beach was very close. Communication with the owner was 100%. They seemed to be very nice and helpful.

Beach Bliss

My husband and I wanted a relaxing beach staycation. This condo was perfect. This condo is on a golf course and it just a few min walk to the beach. This time of year (Oct) we practically had the beach to ourselves. The waves were too rough to stay in the water long, but just relaxing on the beach was perfect. The condo was clean, plenty towels and had full use of kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella also available for us to use. Great stay, would recommend!

Perfect littleness getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this perfect condo for a couple. Convenient to the pool, jacuzzi and ocean. On property restaurant wasn't open but there were plenty of delightful waterfront choices to choose from like On the Edge, Chucks and Harbor Cove. Condo had everything we needed and is just as pictured. Only recommendation would be to add a reading lamp by the couch.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

This one bedroom condo was a clean, aesthetically pleasing condo with great finishes /décor that had a wonderful view of the ocean. The owner was wonderful and very accommodating. We can't wait to return and would recommend to anyone wanting a beachfront getaway!
