Perfect

We have just returned home after spending a week at Acebo Villa. This accommodation definately lived up to expectations, access was easy and written instructions regarding using the house alarm were very clear. The pool is lovely and the Villa had everything we needed for our stay, I am not big on cooking whilst on holiday but the kitchen looked cool, the only thing that I think needs changing was the shower head in the main bathroom. I would recommend this Villa and would definately stay here again. It is a little further from some of the beaches but Flamingo beach is only 10 minutes away and has a nice selection of restaurants and bars, the harbour is another 10 minutes away with some nice bars etc. and then there is further beaches and restauraunts a few minutes away and all along the front until you reach the marina, which is a good hours walk, but always lots of taxi's around to bring you back. We hired a car which I definately recommend as the roads are so quiet driving is quite a pleasure, there is also parking available at the villa.

Perfect for families

We loved our stay at Villa Acebo. It’s very well equipped and clean. The beds are very comfy. The pool was the perfect temperature and just great for little ones. The villa is in a quiet location close to everything we needed, in particular Playa Flamingo beach which is in a bay and set up well for young families. Would visit again.

Great holiday (August 2023)

Would happily recommend Tracy’s property in Playa Blanca after a 9 night stay there this August. The property clean and spacious, and in a great location, only a short walk from Playa Flamingo. It’s only a 20 min or so walk down to the main centre area as well. We didn’t have a rental car and didn’t need really need one as taxis are plentiful if needed. Located on quiet residential street near water park. A good sized outside area with a good sized swimming pool for the 4 kids with us who were barely out of it!! Plenty of outside dining area for us all. Inside there was plenty of room with good sized bedrooms and tv sitting area. Fully functioning kitchen is modern. The international satellite tv was good for sports ans movies when we needed a break from the sun. Overall it was an excellent choice for us - two families of 4 - with 2 teenagers obsessed with the Wi-Fi (which was strong - thankfully) and two younger ones who rarely left the pool. There were really only two negatives. The BBQ, whilst useable, could benefit from an upgrade. The lack of air con was an issue for us in the last few days of the holiday when the temperature reached 32-36. At that heat the various ceiling fans didn’t really help to bring the room temp down so it was a little uncomfortable at night. That aside, the property was great and Tracy was a great host in advance and Jodie was on hand locally to address one small issue at check-in Thank you!

Nice property, handy location. Far too slippy around the pool, all the kids fell over and we had to cover the tiles with towels. Issue with patio door so had to call maintenance. The pool room seems to be underground and the cover to get into the space is old, didn't fit and kept open with a rock so we were worried someone would open and fall down. Also needs more than one small parasol as there is no shade Nice easy check-in process and we had a lovely holiday

Nicht ganz wie erwartet

Die Realität entspricht nicht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Bäder müssten mal erneuert werden, Beleuchtung ist eher dürftig. Es gibt keinen Esstisch im Haus. WLAN muss extra bezahlt werden, ein Unding. Wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit.

Great villa

Just back from a lovely holiday and Villa Acebo was perfect. Kitchen is newly fitted and well stocked with utensils oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher easy to use. Security alarm was the best yet, easy to set and light indication if any doors were open. Swimming pool a real bonus cleaned twice a week it is heated but wasn’t needed when we were there. Beds very comfortable with mattress toppers. We walked into Playa Blanca almost every evening, 2 miles but we did take the longer route well after relaxing on the sun beds we needed it. Fab restaurants our favourite was Ninen an Italian opposite the ferry port above Pandoras. Booking is advised. We had a problem with the safe on our arrival Brett was there within hours and soon got it working again, I always think you don’t the quality of the staff until something goes wrong. Would we stay again, absolutely. 🌞

Lovely place

Perfect getaway

Our first time using Vrbo, first-line booking a villa, definitely won't be the last, villa was perfect for us, very quiet, allowed us to relax and recharge our batteries after a very busy year. Great location, close to everything you could need, great area for running and cycling. 10/10 from us, will definitely be back.

Located just 15minute walk from airport bus stop. Villa well appointed, clean and spacious with excellent pool and terrace. 50m from bus stop for local bus. Easy walk to marina and town centre.

We had an excellent stay at villa Acebo, service was great throughout. Lovely warm pool, great kitchen facilities. Only thing lacking for us was an indoor dining area for the size of our group. Would recommend this villa, we had a lovely 10 days over Christmas.

Tres déçu par le côté menaçant des propriétaires

Lanzarote est ss aucun doute une super destination et Playa Bianca un lieu très sympa où séjourner. Pour ce qui est de la maison , propre mais deco tres vieillot, surtout les salles de bains. Piscine bcp plus petite que ce qu’il n’y parait sur les photos. Absolument aucune vue. L’élément très gênant c’est le ton menaçant des propriétaires pour nous demander de payer sur le champ 2j supplémentaires ou sinon “dehors avec vos enfants ds les 2h”... a noter qu’on a passé 3 semaines ds cette maison! Des personnes ont un sens commercial proche du nul absolu. Équipe de nettoyage et suivi sur place très sympa et pro.

A really great place to be.

Beautiful villa, better than the description or pictures. Very quiet location and very private. Wonderful pool area, and internally the villa is spot on. Really clean, and the management team were very responsive and nice to deal with. Near to the town, and close to a great beach. We all loved Villa Acebo and can't wait to go back.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay at Tracey’s property. Villa was very large and pool was amazing. Everything you could possibly need was there and couldn’t ask for anything more. Would 100% recommend.

Sehr schöne Unterwäsche / very beautiful villa

Wir hatten 2 sehr angenehme Wochen in der Villa Acebo. Man merkt der Unterkunft an, dass sie auch von der Vermieterin selbst genutzt wird. Jegliche Kommunikation in dieser herausfordernden Zeit war von gegenseitigem Verständnis geprägt. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. We had a really comfortable stay Villa Acebo. You can easily recognize that the owner uses the residence on her own. Amy communication in these challenging times wes full of understanding from both sides. We'd like to return in occasion.

Great villa but no welcome pack

Fantastic villa and pool and great location only thing absolutely no welcome pack or store cupboard items not even salt very unusual for self catering. Not a problem when arriving in the day but would be a bit annoying if arriving late so arrive prepared.

Villa Acebo - Playa Blanca

Our family had a great stay at Villa Acebo. It was well laid out inside and was very clean, also the outside space was fabulous with a terrific pool. Tracey was very prompt with her replies with any queries. Would definitely stay again.

Schöne Villa mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Villa liegt in der Nähe des Wasserparks und 700m vom Flamingo Beach. Ein Auto ist ratsam. Wir konnten 2 Std eher in die Villa und sie war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der erste Eindruck entsprach der Beschreibung. Zu unserer Verwunderung war die versprochene 7. Schlafmöglickeit eine Matratze auf dem Boden. Das ging gar nicht und so musste improvisiert werden. Schon nach der ersten Nacht haben wir festgestellt, dass in 2 von 3 Schlafräumen die Anziehsachen klamm waren. Vermutlich wird aus diesem Grund das Dach jetzt neu gedeckt. Während unseren Aufenthaltes wurde das WiFi neu installiert auf 300mbit. Kontakt mit Vermieterin Tracey und dem Verwalter Brett vor Ort waren sehr gut.

Home from home

This villa was exceptional it had everything you need from the state of the art kitchen to the fantastic pool could not fault it any way I read other reviews about it being 10 min walk to town centre its really a 20 min brisk walk all downhill to town centre having said that 4 euros gets you a taxi back many thanks to Tracey for letting us stay the extra couple of hours before we left for the airport I would have no problem in booking it again regards mr mc cann

We as a family regularly stay in the villas and therefore I treat them like my second home, each villa is well equipped and I try and put plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils and glasses so you don't go short. I have a lovely English couple who look after them and they are alway available should you need anything during your stay.
