To our surprise, breakfast was served every morning as well, for free! The is so clean, and the staff are very friendly.

Flamingo Hotel

Really enjoy are stay at the flamingo hotel. We arrived early and Thomas allowed us to check in early so we could enjoy sometime on the beach. Thomas was an excellent communicator and made our stay that much enjoyable as he was very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is also located centrally, giving you easy access to some of the better restaurants. Thanks Thomas!

Spring Vacation -- great boutique feel

Nice room /suite.. an up scale mexican feel. close to everything. Cool pool added nice touch. Had interesting conversation with the other guests .

First Trip to Cozumel

We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo. The room was very clean along with all of the common areas of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and our evening bartender Mr Thompson was a hoot and very welcoming. This hotel has an amazing vibe and is a great place to connect with others who have a passion for Cozumel! We would definitely book again! Misty and Ernie W.

Great location!!

My husband and I were in for a beach wedding of friends. The Flamingo Hotel was a was centrally located for all in town activities. Stationed between two great breakfast places (Jolly's and Maple bakery) and within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. Rooftop views were beautiful of the ships in the water, bed was comfortable, had a mini fridge for storing drinks and leftovers. (no purified water supplied by hotel; we bought our own) We stayed in unit 37, our patio view was of a vacant lot, but spent most outdoor time on the roof. There is no elevator so be aware if stairs are difficult. Also, per usual in Mexico the water pressure was not good and sometimes the hot shower was lukewarm. They were repairing the palapa on the rooftop, so there was some hammering, but did not begin until a reasonable hour around 9-10am. We were not bothered by this. Mostly our time was spent outside of the hotel but was dark inside when we were there. Was promised a TV in unit that was not there when we arrived but was brought a day after we inquired. Location was the best, one block from the water and about two blocks from downtown restaurants and shopping markets. Overall, a good place for us.
