Check in was great. Kitchen was well equipped and had we needed. WiFi was excellent. Apartment had . Beds were very comfortable. Fabulous views and location. We really appreciated the late checkout too.

Great apartment in an amazing location

We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely apartment. The roof terrace was a great bonus. Was really clean when we arrived. Some extra towels would be really handy. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break in a really central location.

Good penthouse apartment

Overall a good stay. Apartment as shown in pictures. Only thing could be improved is outside furniture cushions but still recommended.

Marvellous flat

Very well located and comfortable flat for four people. Large lounge, balcony and terrace above. Double mattress is very good. No dedicated parking but no problem to find a space in the nearby streets. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool rarely busy and had it to ourselves every time. Only downside: blind in twin bedroom not very dark.

Excellent location

Dear Ian. Thank you for the use of your lovely clean and spacious apartment. The boys and I had a super time. We were very comfortable and ideally positioned for all the waljs, sights, restaurants and shops. The boys successfully completed their PADI with Scuba Mallorca being a 5 star PADI centre just around the corner. Great all round holiday. Must mention Robinson Cat trip with lunch. 10-2.30. Superb and top quality food and hospitality. Theu even did a birthday cake for my son. Superb holiday and highly recommend Ian and his accommodations.

Well maintained flat in a great location

Nice flat in a great location. Large rooftop terrace works really well. The pool was out of operation during our entire stay and it seems unlikely to be fixed for some time. The flat is well equipped with lots of IKEA furnishings and all appliances we used worked well. Wifi worked well and we were able to stream UK content using our own accounts. Parking is in the street - we were always able to find somewhere close ( in May) but in peak season I understand it's challenging. Any questions we had were quickly responded to by the local agent but in truth apart from the pool everything was as expected.

Perfect Location

We had the most amazing time at Ian and Sue's place. We had an issue with the keys at the start but we managed to get them to work and I know Ian is now getting the lock properly sorted. It is extremely well equipped, is in the perfect location and has a wonderful terrace too. The only thing I thought was missing was actually a hoover - there was a dustpan and brush but it was time consuming and hot using the brush and dustpan so a hoover would have been welcome - but that's just a small issue and otherwise we had the best time and would definitely go back!

Spacious apartment in great location

Lovely position close to beautiful Pine Walk and lovely beach and restaurants. Nice balcony and rooftop terrace with great views. We would happily stay here again if we return to Puerto Pollensa.

Fantastic apartment and location!

We absolutely loved this apartment, the location, the space and amazing roof terrace. Now that the kids are older, we much preferred this option to our previous stays in hotels in the town. Robin was extremely helpful and a great host and it was kind of him to let us stay until the afternoon due to late flight! Will definitely be back again!

Just Perfect!

This apartment has everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday in a great location. Barely two minutes to reach the beach front and a similar distance to the restaurants and main square. This top floor accommodation has bags of space and is very quiet, away from any noise or bustle. There is access to a very good sized shared swimming pool which was a life saver this hot August and we were lucky enough to always have it to ourselves when we were down there. TV had English channels and WiFi worked well. We used the living room balcony for meals and to gaze at the Tramuntana view, the roof terrace is a bonus. Most important of all, the beds had comfortable mattresses! Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a super week in the apartment which more than met our needs. We found it clean, bright and fresh and perfectly situated for a short stroll to all the bars and restaurants that the resort had to offer. The sea is also at the end of the road, but we spent most of our time on the large roof terrace, which had fantastic views. Ian was a charming, helpful host and we would definitely look to stay in the apartment again when we return to Puerto de Pollensa. Keith and Karen

Spacious apartment with fantastic central location

This is a very spacious apartment in excellent condition with lovely views over Puerto Pollensa and the nearby mountains, especially from the roof terrace. It is superbly located so that the beach, restaurants and shops are a very short walk away. Highly recommended!!

Fabulous apartment

Excellent location, lovely property, close to all amenities and made even more special with the 'homely' touches. The roof terrace is amazing and a perfect place to relax. Ian is a great host.

OMG what can I say and were do I start, absolutely wonderful 10 days in this spotlessly clean apartment. Ian arranged our transfers everything ran smoothly and he met us when we arrived to show us round. His knowledge of the area was fantastic. Lots to do and loads of great eating places and lovely walks. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning in the near future. Thanks Ian for a truly lovely holiday I didn't want to leave lol. P.S.The rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake full sun all day, staying here is a must a fabulous place with views to die for xx

Great family holiday

Family of 4 with two children. The property is ideally located in a quiet part of the resort. Its a 5 minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants. Its about a 15 to 20 minute walk into the main centre of the resort. The pool is a great size for the kids and adults alike and is only shared with 5 other apartments. The property itself is well apportioned with a great roof terrace with views of the sea and mountains. Rooms are acgood size with tasteful decor and the kitchen is well equipped which is great for self catering. This was our second year at the property and would happily go back.

Perfect location and very homely

This is our 2nd visit to this property. It is located in an ideal location for those who want a relaxing holiday not driving. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The property is maintained to a high standard and is well equipped for all your needs. The best part is the roof terrace which you could spend all day on. There is a handy 2nd kitchen on the roof. so if you choose not to, you don't even need to leave the property! We were met by the owner who was friendly and helpful both prior to our visit and on arrival and departure. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again ourselves.

A home from home lovely apartment

We were welcomed in person by the very hospitable owners. What a lovely, clean bright and airy apartment with a large roof top area. 2 minutes walk and you're at the beach and restaurants which makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We will have no hesitations in staying here again. Thankyou
