French Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous envoyer vos commentaires sur notre villa. Nous avons cette très belle villa depuis près de 13 ans et nous passons toujours de superbes vacances en famille et entre amis. Nous la louons également à de nombreuses familles qui y passent de très bon moments et qui pour certains y reviennent. Notre villa occupe un emplacement superbe, proche des belles plages et de la ville de Cavalaire Sur Mer. Wifi - il y a eu une violente tempête en juillet juste avant votre arrivée, qui a détruit la boîte wifi et interrompu la ligne dans la villa. Nous avons aussitôt commandé une nouvelle boîte. Nous regrettons qu’elle ne fut pas opérationnelle pour le début de votre séjour mais elle le fut des la restauration de la boîte wifi et de la ligne. • lave vaisselle - nous n’avons pas eu de problème avant votre arrivée et il s’est endommagé pendant votre séjour. Nous avons contacté le technicien immédiatement mais en période estivale il est impossible d’avoir un rendez vous aussi rapidement que nous le souhaitions. Après diagnostic, nous avons remplacé le lave vaisselle. Nous souhaitons vraiment que nos clients passent d’excellentes vacances et il est regrettable que ces événements imprévus se soient produits pendant votre séjour. English Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We have had our villa in France for almost 13 years and rent it to many families each year. We also stay there regularly with family and friends . We have many repeat bookings and in the majority of cases families have a very enjoyable time. Our villa occupies a superb location close to beautiful beaches and the town of Cavalaire Sur Mer. • Wifi – there was a severe storm on July which destroyed the wifi box and disrupted line into the villa. We ordered the new box and unfortunately, it was not operational for the for the first period of your stay. It was fully functional after the box & line had been restored. • Dishwasher – we had no previous issues and it broke during your stay. We couldn’t get an engineer to attend as quickly as we or you wanted, due to it being August. We have subsequently replaced the dishwasher after the inspection. We truly want our guests to have an excellent holiday and it’s unfortunate, that these unforeseen events occurred during your stay.
