Fabulous villa

Stayed at Palm Tree Villa as a group of 7 women. We found it to be perfect for our all our needs in terms of quality, space, furnishings and location. Paul and Jan were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely re-vist!!

Excellent villa!

Lovely spacious villa and grounds, very well equipped. Great to have all en suite bathrooms also. Location within a short walk to restaurants and bars etc was very good. Great communication with the owners throughout. Highly recommend!

Great villa and location

We had a great time in a wonderful villa. Dalyan is a lovely place to visit and Paul and Sue's villa is in a great location and had plenty of space for all our family.

Still Brill

Last stayed in this villa in 2014 and have been itching to go back ever since. It remains my favourite villa in Turkey - spacious, well-equipped, perfectly located and a fabulous pool overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. The villa is in a quiet and peaceful setting and yet only minutes walk away from shops, restaurants and bustling bars. The beach can be reached by land or river bus, both of which are a 15 minute walk away. Local restaurants (many of which have a riverside setting) serve good quality food at reasonable prices. Everybody in our party (ranging in age from 24 to 70) had a wonderful holiday and we can't wait to return.

Absolute Paradise!

We came as a party of 6, 3 adults and 3 children for one week and our first time in Dalyan. We arrived early hours of the morning but the exchange of keys was prompt and we were able to relax in the villa instantaneously. Palm Tree villa is beautiful inside and out and we weren’t the only ones who thought so.. each day we would have chickens who popped into the garden for a roam about, one night we saw a hedgehog and we woke up one day to a tiny bird bathing itself in the pool :) the local cats also liked to have a wander over, but were very friendly and didn’t disturb our stay in any way. Palm Tree villa has everything that you need inside the property even to the smallest detail of items such as a Turkish/English converted extension lead so that you don’t have to worry about sharing travel plugs between everyone, we found this very helpful indeed. There wasn’t one point during our stay that we had to think about having to go out and buy any of the essentials we needed, everything was readily available and we also had a useful welcome pack with food and drink that we may need on arrival, which was really handy as our flight was delayed and we arrived at an unsociable hour. We all enjoyed eating on the balcony as the views are unbelievable and my partner and I enjoyed cooking on the Turkish bbq outside which was easy to use and made all the difference to the taste of the food. The pool was one of our families favourites and even better that it was cleaned daily every morning so that when we woke up could just enjoy a swim without having to think about anything. As you would expect in a hot country there were the usual ants and bugs about but usually in the Childrens bedrooms if they had left empty food wrappers lying about! They all soon learnt not to do this and there was ant powder/spray available to get rid of the problem quickly which we were pleased about. Funnily enough the adults bedrooms didn’t have the same problem :) there were plenty of games to keep us entertained and Wi-Fi available which was handy. Would like to say a big thank you to both Paul and Sue for allowing us to stay and making our stay at ease. Any questions we had we were able to just send a text and get a reply quickly. Paul sent us a map of the local area which was really helpful and recommended a brilliant restaurant ALgeria where you can eat by the riverside with a beautiful view of the tombs. Dalyan has been amazing, We will definitely be back next year! :)

Perfect villa. Perfect location

Back home after our most memorable stay in dalyan to date. This was mostly down to this amazing villa and its location. Huge garden and large swimming pool in a peaceful location yet you're just a 5 minute stroll to town. Was our first stay in the Maras area but will be our preference from now on. Spacious bedrooms and a great upstairs terrace for drinks are just some of the great features of this spotless villa. Rooms are very cool too and though we were initially worried about the early August heat (usually go mid September) we didn't even need air conditioning on at night. Maintenance company are readily on hand when it there to deal with any queries eg all you have to do is message them if you want water delivered and its there within the hour! There are also two bikes for getting about town. Leaving this villa on the last day was very difficult indeed! Also gutted when we checked and found it wasn't available next year and is already fully booked! We will definitely be back one day!

We are a very busy family myself being property developer and my wife a headteacher. We have two children now 21 and 16 and a grandson having his first visit this summer and we all fell in love with Dalyan about 13 years ago.We holiday with friends or by ourselves and Dalyan and Turkey has never ending places to discover and enjoy. We love the people the setting and the 'do what you want when you want' carefree atmosphere.

We helped in the design of the property in 2006 and the villa was built in 2007 to exacting standards by Dalyan's premier builder Oruc construction.The villa is extremely spacious and has everything you require for a luxury private holiday.Dalyan is an extremely friendly and safe place with a strong community spirit and trustworthyness adding to it's appeal.We are located in a mainly Turkish area with the villa located in private walled grounds with mature fruit trees and palms.Good restaurants and shops are nearby within a few mins walk and boats to the beach are also easily accessible. We love being able to do as much or as little as we want when we visit. Please have a look at the reviews on trip advisor!
