カサリラは、有名なトディ、スポレート、ペルージャ、アッシジ、オルヴィエートの町に非常に近いウンブリアの小さな丘の町（観光客向けではない）のアックアスパルタの旧市街の壁に建てられた19世紀の美しい3階建てのタウンヴィラです。 Casa Lillaを改装するときの目的は、目の肥えた観光客のために快適でリラックスした楽しい宿泊施設を作ることでした。 1階全体が自炊式の2ベッドルームアパートメントです。 アパートには小さなプライベートガーデンと舗装されたパティオがあります。 ホリデーステイに必要なものすべてを提供するよう努めており、キッチンには設備が整っており、バスルームにはすべてタイル張りで、ダブルサイズのパワーシャワーが付いています。マットレスは厚く豪華で最高品質のリネンです。 書籍、DVD、ゲーム、音楽の大規模な選択があります。 カサリラのすぐ外にある路上駐車場には安全な無料駐車場があり、ベビーベッド、ハイチェア、ベビーバス、ベビーカー、子供用おもちゃ、本があります。

Central location for day trips

Though we had rainy weather most days we were warm and cozy in this clean, well-equipped apartment. Friendly hosts, wifi, free parking, restaurants & grocery nearby. Many interesting sights in the vicinity..

Great time in a lovely apartment

We felt very much at home at this holiday apartment. It has everything you expect of a holiday home and the library full of books and videos was impressive. Highly commended for exploring Umbria. Acquasparta is a nice little town and you get a feeling of everyday life in Italy.

Acquasparta holiday

Apartment was very comfortable, perfect for four adults, beds were excellent. Host added nice touches of coffee,biscuits and other items to get our stay started. Will be back again as Umbria is a favorite.

Hosts Took Great Care of Us

Hosts met us for checkin. House was exactly as described and clean. Good location just up the street from grocery store and local pizzeria. My wife had emergency surgery the day we were leaving. The hosts arranged the ambulance and I was able to stay for another six days at a discounted price. Both of them helped me from time to time as I dealt with this emergency....

Schöne Wohnung mit vielen Details

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wundervollen Gegend, ist groß und bestückt mit allem Drum und Dran. Man vermisst wirklich nichts, wird eher überrascht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer da, wenn man sie braucht, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Wir würden wiederkommen. :-)

Beautiful apartment in lovely town

This large, nicely renovated apartment was the perfect jumping off point for our trip to Umbria. The bedrooms are both spacious with private bathrooms and the living space is bright and well equipped. A lovely terrace just outside the door is a great place for coffee or a glass of wine. Exploring Umbria from Acquasparta was easy - many of the most beautiful hill towns are within an hours' drive. On street parking right outside the door was a huge plus!

Wunderbare Unterkunft bei freundlichem und Hilfsbereitem Gastgeber

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Aufteilung, ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen gemütlichen Außenbereich in der Morgensonne, ab mittags im Schatten. Der Vermieter wohnt über der Ferienwohnung und ist immer hilfsbereit, jedoch nie aufdringlich. Acquasparta ist ein typischer Umbrischer Hügelort mit netter Altstadt ohne touristisch zu sein (Das Haus liegt direkt an der Außenmauer und man ist über eine Treppe in der Nachbarschaft sofort in den Altstadtgassen). Supermarkt ist 100 Meter entfernt, Markttag donnerstags, Kneipen und Pizzerien und Bars typisch italienisch, kein Tourismusnepp aber auch keine gehobene Küche. Für den südlichen Bereich von Umbrien ist der Ort sehr gut gelegen und von Terni (20 min. mit dem Auto) ist man mit dem Zug in 45-60 Min.(je nach Zugart) in Rom! Die Schnellstraße führt am Ort vorbei (was man am Haus nicht hört).

Casa Lilla is owned and run by an Irish couple with a passion for all things Italian, “Well almost all things!”

In 2005 we came across this house nestled in the centre of Acquasparta in Umbria and fell in love with it. Notwithstanding it’s tired façade, overgrown garden, and damp, crumbling interior, it was love at first sight for both of us, and the journey started!

After lots of negotiations, Italian bureaucracy, and a sea of red tape we finally became the owners of Casa Lilla in September 2005, and started putting our plans into action. In early 2006 we moved from Ireland to Umbria and began the restoration project of this 19th century town villa, what we naively thought would be a 6-8 month project, turned out to be 18 months!
