かなりの袋小路の終わりにある成熟した庭園の4分の1エーカーにあるプライベートヴィラ。海の素晴らしい景色を望む60平方メートルの屋上サンルーム、屋上シャワー、屋上ドリンク冷蔵庫、サンラウンジャーx 2、iPodドッキングを備えた屋外サラウンドサウンドスピーカーシステム。 大規模な10m x 4mのプール、6つのサンラウンジャー付きの大きなパティオエリア、ラテンガーデン家具、レンガ造りのバーベキュー、無料WiFi（スーパー光ファイバー）、衛星放送、wii +ゲーム、42インチの液晶テレビ、サラウンドサウンド+エアコン 一流の状態に保たれた新しい家族所有の財産。 昨年、新しい革張りのソファ2台、新しい冷蔵庫冷凍庫、新しい調理器具とコンロ、新しいベッド、完全に塗り替えられた新しいドア、新しい安全なスペイン風の正面玄関、いくつかの砂浜の入り江まで徒歩5分、モダンなスーパーマーケットで完全に改装されました+大規模な新しいショッピングセンターラゼニアブルバードと、あらゆる好みと予算に合うバーとレストランの3つの複合施設。

Lovely Family Holiday

Property had everything we needed. Super clean. Communication with Gary was clear and easy. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. No issues what so ever. Would recommend.

Rustige locatie en fijn zonneterras

Helaas niet alles tip top in orde, omdat wij de eerste waren die de villa huurden na de lange winter periode. Met name de jaccuzzi was nogal vies en zwembad ook niet ok. Bijna gehele verblijf hierover aan het appen geweest met de eigenaar. Uiteindelijk verbeterde de jaccuzzi wel, maar toen gingen wij al bijna weg. Tevens waren wij een speciale prijs overeengekomen, maar kregen betaallink in Britse ponden en betaalden toen toch aanzienlijk meer dan afgesproken. Onze fout, naar eigenaar was ook niet bereid dit te veel betaalde terug te storten. Er staat dat er allemaal nieuwe spullen in de villa zijn zoals fornuis, leren bankstel etc. Kreeg niet het idee dat die nieuw waren, misschien wel recentelijk aangeschaft maar 2e hands? Keuken was niet echt schoon. Dat waren de negatieve punten. Positief was de locatie, erg rustig en toch dichtbij strand, supermarkt en restaurants. Groot zonneterras met hoge haag, wat goed beschermde tegen de wind.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl im Haus gefühlt. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Großer Pool, Whirlpool, Terrasse etc. Vieles war zu Fuß nah erreichbar, Supermarkt, Meer und La Zenia Boulevard. Es war auch sehr ruhig in der Umgebung, toll zum Entspannen und Kraft sammeln.

Relaxing family break!

Property was spacious and clean. Outside area was amazing, huge pool and lovely hot tub. Didnt use roof as disabled but teenagers loved privacy. Only problem was with twin room, booked for teenage siblings and my son is 6.2 and couldnt use bed as it was too small. Aircon also dripped on one of the beds, leaving son on couch. The area was much quieter than i thought it was going to be but due to my disability suited us. Maybe too quiet for some.

Beautiful Villa in a great location

29th July - 5th August 2023 Just returned back from a wonderful week in this stunning Villa with the family. Really couldn't fault a thing. The outdoor terrace area and large pool was fabulous, spotlessly clean with more than enough sun loungers, chairs for everyone. The Villa was also spotlessly clean everywhere and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and It was so nice to have decent pillows in the bedrooms too. The Villa was in a great location for us, it was quiet at night, within walking distance to the beaches and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Finally, thank you to Gary who is an excellent host in communication, providing accurate details about the Villa and also responding to any queries promptly. Will definitely be booking again and would highly recommend this Villa!

Wonderful Stay in a Fabulous Villa

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this villa for 2 weeks. The outdoor terrace and Pool area are very large and meant we could enjoy the pool area, and outside facilities daily. The local area has many restaurants within a 5-15 min walk, and Gary (the host) was most accommodating in providing recommendations as well as providing flexibility for my family in checking in and out the villa. Special mention to his cleaning teams who keep the villa and Pool in top condition. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic villa and wonderful week

We have had great week in this villa with the whole family including teenage boys and grandparents. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The pool was a great size and we enjoyed the hot tub. Yoga on the roof every morning and drinks on the rooftop in the evening. A short walk to local restaurants and a short drive (or walk) to lovely beaches. Gary has been an excellent host and you would be hard pressed to not spend a memorable week in 17 vistamar.

Stunning Villa, Great Location

Just got back from a fabulous week staying at this stunning villa. The Villa was fantastic it was modern and spotlessly clean and was well equipped with everything you could think of. The outside space was very well maintained with beautiful trees and the pool was a good size. It was in a great location within walking distance to supermarket, La Zenia Boulevard, Beach, bars and restaurants. Gary was so helpful providing us with all information on the villa and details of transfers etc and where to go for our PCR tests. We would definitely recommend this villa and are hoping to return again. Thank you for a wonderful week. Linda & Gary x

A luxurious vacation!

To begin with, the villa is spectacular, from the location, the distribution, the details of the entire house, the pool, etc., cleaning ... without forgetting the very good treatment of the host Gary who informed us in detail of everything and quickly answered all our queries. Gary again thank you very much for everything, it was a great rest days and we were delighted. We look forward to repeating.

Fab villa

Just back from a week’s holiday in this great villa. Dined at some very good restaurants all within walking distance. Enjoyed relaxing in the pretty garden and cooling off in the large, inviting pool.

Fabulous villa in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous villa. The outside area was spacious with plenty of room for sunbathing. It had a fabulous pool and a relaxing hot tub. The villa was spotless and well equipped. We would definitely recommend the villa to family and friends and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Villa!

Just arrived back from a lovely week, staying in this beautiful villa. Situated in a perfect location, quiet but convenient for all amenities. Very clean and well looked after. Was impressed with the lovely touch of the welcome pack which is a great idea if you are on a late flight. Clive was very efficient collecting us from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying in the villa to family and friends.

Very accurate description of the property by Gary. Great family home for couples and families. Gary responds promptly to any questions and queries. Ever read reviews before car essential,car required,not here everything on your doorstep, so close to beach, supermarket and shopping centre, all within short walking distance. Recommended to friends after our stay last year and they booked and stayed this year.

Beautiful villa.

The villa and pool area are stunning. Very comfortable with hi spec furnishings and fittings. Very close to most amenities. The general area is really quiet and an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

Great holiday

Although the beach was a little further away than expected, everything else was as described. The villa was clean and well resourced indoors, as was the outdoors with more than enough loungers, chairs and parasols to make for easy and comfortable sunbathing. The villa was close to shops, bars & restaurants. There are several lovely beaches within walking distance and even more within a few minutes drive. Although not needed, we hired a car and being fairly close to the main coast road and motorways meant that we could easily get to places of interest. It's an easy drive to and from Alicante airport although we did get slightly lost right at the end as the directions didn't quite match up - or maybe we just didn't pay attention! In advance of our holiday, the owner, Gary, was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a query, which really put our minds at ease. Only two negatives: 1. The prohibitive cost of heating the pool (£500 for a week!) meant that my 90 year old mother couldn't use it all as it was too cold for such an elderly person. 2. Lots of mosquitoes that we hadn't encountered on previous holidays to the area But overall, we had a wonderful holiday

Fantastic Villa excellent holiday

Everything you need for a relaxing luxurious holiday, the villa was a dream, and the pool to die for. We were a family of 5, grandparents, parents and a 21month old little girl and it ticked all of the boxs. Spacious, clean, lovely pool, good BBQ, washing machine that was used quite a few times, very private as not overlooked. We also used the Taxi that was recommended which was perfect. Would recommend this Villa to anyone and will hopefully be looking to book again in the future.

Stunning villa - fantastic holiday

An absolutely stunning villa, everything you could need was there & more. Fantastic sized pool, with lovely sun beds/BBQ. Communication has been wonderful & we couldn't fault a thing. Dream Holiday

Amazing villa in a great location. Well maintained and extremely clean. Well equipped. Very spacious pool area and a fantastic barbecue that we used many times ( great prawns from the local supermarket which were great on the barbecue) Gary extremely helpful with all the information we required sent in advance and as he was in the area whilst we were on holiday he popped in to say hello and was great to have a chat with him. Would highly recommend the villa, great value for money. Even after reading reviews were pleasantly surprised how short a walk it is to the beach. Great bar/restaurant at beach called Surfers which would highly recommend. For us this is a must return villa. Thank you Gary and Alison for a fantastic holiday.

Superb Villa - Outstanding

VISTA MAR Villa is a credit to Gary and his family, we have been visiting the Villa for the past 3 years, and it still takes our breath away each time. Love the Villa, always clean & tidy when we arrive. You feel like it's a home from home, very welcoming. Modern and Spanish all work together beautifully, you never want to leave. The outside area speaks for itself when you see it absolutely stunning during the day, and tranquil on an evening. Situated in a quite cul-de-sac, walking distance to all amenities, supermarket, Restaurants, Bars, La Zenia Boulevard (well worth a visit if you want to shop, eat and have a little drink), the beautiful beaches only 10mins away. The little extras that you receive on your arrival such as your Welcome Pack is very welcoming especially if you have a late flight and the Supermarket is closed. The Information Pack, that has everything you want to know about the Villa, Area, Attractions, Places to Visit, the Markets, Transport, Taxi's etc, is very informative and helpful. To sum up our stay in one word would be 'Fantastic' everything you could ever want in a Villa and more, added bonus of having everything in walking distance. Throughout all the 3 years of us visiting the Villa, Gary has been superb - very helpful, always available to ask questions etc. Would highly recommend this Villa - we have to a couple of our friends, who have thoroughly enjoyed their visit, and fell in love with the Villa & Area as much as we have. I am 59 years old and have two children Freya aged 24 and Ted aged 20.
The children have grown up going to the villa and we continue to really enjoy our family holidays in Spain.
We live in a little village just outside Basingstoke.
I have owned a design and printing company since 1994 which is still going extremely well.
At weekends we tend to go out as a family either for day trips to the New Forest, Bournemouth, London or out for something nice to eat.
We stay at the villa several times a year for family holidays + try to go for long weekends during the winter for some winter sun or to play golf.
For us it really is home from home and we keep continually modernising the villa.

When I first brought the villa, there were very few shops or bars/restaurants close by, but with it's fantastic position at the end of a quiet cul de sac and only 5 minutes walk to the beach, we thought it would only be a matter of time before bars/restaurants began to open.
There are now 3 large complexes of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets within 5-10 minutes walk and La Zenia Boulevard + a large modern supermarket which has it's own bakery and fish counter.
The seafront has a new promenade with beach bars in each sandy cove.
We can leave our house in the UK at lunch time and enjoy dinner at a restaurant near the villa by early evening.
We also decided to buy below Alicante because it is very flat and enjoys a micro climate where it shines for over 300 days a year so ideal for some sun over the winter months.

We take great pride with how the villa currently looks and no expense has been spared with continally modernising and upgrading the villa.
