So tranquil!

The view over the lake was just mesmerising. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely consider returning.

Perfect place to unwind and experience majestic beauty.

Jacky was very responsive to our American problems: not understanding the water heater, etc. she was patient and lovely on the phone. Best place I have ever stayed.

Ideal Fermanagh getaway

Lovely cottage exactly as advertised, on Lough shore with beautiful view. Just the right size for a family of 4 with good WiFi for the teenagers. Good kitchen space and utensils. Excellent base for exploring. Highly recommend Fuel takeaway at the nearby Spar carpark, excellent food and can place order online for collection. Also recommend Marble Arch caves and if hiring a boat for the day, highly recommend Manor House Hotel. Boats in good condition and good instructions for beginners. Overall we enjoyed our stay (despite the changeable weather!)

Lakeside cottage

Buchung und Kontaktaufnahme klappt gut. Anstatt GPS Koordinaten gab es eine Beschreibung. Das Haus ist okay gemäß der Beschreibung. Das Bett in dem zweiten Zimmer wackelte fürchterliche, die Eingangstür ließ sich nicht immer abschließen. Die Eigentümerin meinte, wir sollten einen Schraubenzieher suchen und die Schrauben nachziehen. Natürlich ließ sich das nicht machen, wir wollten uns auch nicht weiter einschränken lassen, ließen die Tür halt öfter offen und das Bett wackeln. Einen Handwerker hätte es ohnehin nicht gegeben. Die Heizung funktionierte gut und die Küche scheint gut ausgestattet. Die Nachbarn waren freundlich. Pro Person gab es ein kleines und ein etwas größeres Handtuch, keine Matte vor den Duschen.

Great wee cottage

The cottage itself is located facing lough Erne and it is a beautiful site to wake up to. The owner was very sweet, she gave us a courtesy call the day before we arrived to ensure we read up on all the necessary information before our arrival and on the day it was very straightforward. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable. It is 5mins down the road from Lusty beg and 15mins from Castle Archdale (for anyone looking to do water sports or hire bikes). The owner had many leaflets and information on local attractions prepared for us which was handy. There is a restaurant called Tullana on the way to Enniskillen from Kesh(about 15mins away) and the food is stunning . I really can't fault the cottage, it had everything we needed and more and we will hopefully return some day.

Lovely peaceful location

Such a lovely peaceful location overlooking Lough Erne but yet within easy travelling distance to a wide range of attractions. We walked in Castle Caldwell and Castle Archdale, hired a boat from Castle Archdale and visited a number of islands on Lough Erne, spent a day on Rossnowlagh beach to name a few. Enjoy by all the family.

Was a beautiful setting and peaceful and close to amities..house was spotless

It was so nice that we could bring our wee dogs with us they had a fab time to. Only a short drive to castle archdale with plenty of activies

Very impressed on arrival great position, spotless inside unpacked our stuff and put the kettle on and for us not to clean dishes before we use them we didn’t feel the need to do this here The whole experience was fantastic would not hesitate to book again P&L

Excellent

Awesome property in fantastic location. Excellent decor. Great size bedrooms, well equiped kitchen and all very clean. Only downsides are limited seating (4-5 max) in lounge and limited parking but overall an excellent cottage to rent right on the lough side.

Beautiful place to stay

Check in easy and owner very prompt response to any Comunications. View of the lake is excellent from the living room and dining area. The house is in very good order. This is one of 8 bungalows but as they are used as holiday homes it was very quiet when we were there. Jacky met us as we checked out and is very approachable. Access/Parking was no problem Good distance from tourist places to visit. Will definitely consider return visit Tom

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt, wie man auch auf dem Bild sehen kann, direkt am See. Es ist geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. An kühleren Tagen kann man den Kamin anbrennen und den Abend genießen. Die Lage ist top, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

Hidden gem near Kesh!

Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Living room furniture needs new springs, foam /padding. Difficult to find cottage as there is no sign or number on the road. GPS sent us up wrong driveways. Note: washcloths not provided. Bring your own toilet paper.
