Luxury 4 bedroomed Private Villa With Pool
Set on the edge of the village of Falesia this is truly a luxurious villa ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday but near to all the local amenities and beach. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors offering plenty of space. It is furnished to an extremely high standard and has all the home comforts you could require. The property is air conditioned. The outside space has a lovely private pool surrounded by grassed areas. There is a large brick built BBQ on the patio area along with plenty of seating and sunbeds. There is a Pergola built over the dining area which can be pulled across on very hot days.

My husband Steve and I live in Nottingham with our 2 children. We have holidayed in the area for the last 20 years and fell in love with it. We have owned 3 properties in the same area over the years but bought Villa Rosa 14 years ago.
We have made many friends in the area - some who own the restaurants or work in the village.
They all love children and it is a very safe place to go. Everyone is so friendly.
We love the fact that within a few hours we can be here even if it is sometimes only for a quick weekend. We always go home totally chilled out!!

We bought the property 14 years ago after falling in love with the area. We had owned previous properties in the village but the location of the villa is ideal for Acoteias, Olhos D'Agua and Falesia. You do not need a car to enjoy many of the surrounding areas.
The beach of Falesia is stunning with the beautiful cliffs as a back drop.
The area has many lovely restaurants within walking distance offering a great choice from cheap and cheerful to 5* at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs resort just a few minutes walk away.
We are only 25 minutes from the airport.

We are ideally situated not only for the fantastic beaches but the many championship golf courses in the area. We have a contact in the village that books the golf for us at discounted prices and they also run a taxi business so if you fancy going a little further a field they are on hand and are very reliable and reasonably priced.
Our property manager lives a couple of streets away and she always pops in the see if you have settled in and are happy with everything. She will do anything she can to make your stay as happy as possible!
