Absolutely amazing apartment. Can’t recommend it enough! It was our first holiday in Cyprus and we will definitely be returning next year and will definitely book this apartment if it’s available. The host Tina is absolutely lovely and was extremely accommodating and readily available with any questions we had during our stay. Absolutely perfect!!

A spacious apartment with a large balcony. All the facilities you need weather a couple or family with children. Set in nice gardens with a large pool.

Lovely property with very spacious balcony.Everything provided for a relaxing stay.Gardens and pool excellent. Location is about 30 minutes walk from port area. Local stores for provisions just a 10 minute walk. Bus services every hour.

Very enjoyable stay

A lovely homely apartment conveniently located - the harbour area with shops and restaurants and the Kings Mall are both a 5 minute drive away and there are a few walkable convenience stores nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfy stay. The large terrace looks over beautifully maintained gardens and a large pool. Very quiet development, apart from some road noise which did not really bother us. Tina was incredibly helpful and always responded quickly to any queries. We hope to return to Paphos and would be very happy to stay here again.

This was our second stay at this apartment. It was good to see the owners had maintained the high standards. Its a good sized 2 bed with excellent facilities kitchen shower TV and a large balcony. The complex was quiet and the pool is large enough to enable a good swim. A car is recommended with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive.

Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment in a great location host Tina was very helpful with any small issues.. Apartment is very spacious and the outside balcony is very nice and big with the ceiling fan a massive help as was in the low 40s after a few days of being there... Bus stop 3mins walk down the road which we know from pervious holidays nearby but I liked walking around early morning and harbour is 25 minutes walking time is the know the best route... swimming pool is huge and deep in places which is good for driving.. Definitely recommend staying in Tina's apartment as it has everything you Need and more..HIGHLY RECOMMEND EATING SUNDAY LUNCH AT CHEF'S GARDEN WHICH IS AMAZING AND A 25 MINUTE WALK ..

Fabulous Apartment

One of the best apartments we have stayed in. Set in lovely gardens with a large pool. Complex is very quiet both day and night. The apartment itself is spacious with a large balcony and everything you need for a great holiday. Good location 20 minutes walk from the resort hub. The host Tina was very responsive to our queries throughout. Thanks Tina for a wonderful holiday. John

Zwei Bäder und riesengroße Terrasse!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie ist schön groß, vor allem die Terrasse ist ein Traum, aber auch die beiden Bäder sind super. Es gibt in der Wohnung, alles was man benötigt, sogar Flossen und Spiele für die Kinder. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist riesig im Vergleich zu anderen Anlagen und sehr sauber. Alles in allem eine super Wohnung in toller Lage. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Property is beautiful, well maintained and one of the best we have ever stayed in. Tina the host is excellent to deal with and was contactable throughout our stay. Facilities are lovely and had the pool to ourselves mainly for our entire 3 week stay.

Wohlfühlen in Paphos 🇨🇾

Das Appartment liegt in einer kleineren Anlage, die über viele schattenspendende Bäume verfügt. Es hat schöne und grosse Terrasse sowie eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Überdachter Stellplatz für den Wagen. Gepflegte Poolanlage, die während unserer Anwesenheit Ende September kaum genutzt wurde und daher für uns wie ein Privatpool war. Sehr günstig gelegen für Fahrten zum Hafen, Alt- Paphos und zum Strand. Wir haben uns jedesmal, wenn wir ins Appartement zurückkamen, fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die stets unverzüglich auf Anfragen reagiert hat. Wir würden das Appartement sofort wieder mieten. Das sagt eigentlich alles😀

Highly recommended

Great apartment, clean and tastefully furnished. Very well equipped with lots of items that could be useful during holidays. Kitchen with all necessary facilities and nice balcony, where you can eat your meals. Communication with owners is very fast. We had lovely time and can fully recommend this apartment to others.

Great Apartment

The first floor apartment was very well appointed and spacious. All mod cons and an option for WiFi connection to use the TV service. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for self catering during your stay. Our holiday was peaceful - end of Summer break for many - so the complex was quiet. 2 x pools available- great for a swim- only disappointment was the poor selection of sun loungers. Those that were available were broken or in need of a clean. The pool area was left with used inflatables & swim aids that no one claimed or disposed of- made the area look unpleasant and grubby. Also the toilets had a code key that was inoperable- so you had to go back upstairs if needed! The area around the apartment was quiet - local taxi/buses easy to use. 2 local mini markets within 5 minutes walk stocked necessary groceries. We loved the many restaurants/cafes/bars in town to choose from- great selection- short drive or 20mins walk away. Would definitely re visit Pafos

Fabulous Apartment!

We are a family of four, and thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this light and airy apartment. As stated in the previous reviews, the place really is a home from home, and really enhanced our vacation (especially the spacious balcony)! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future travellers seeking lovely accommodation in Paphos.

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. We love cooking so having a large kitchen with all the kit you need (plus BBQ) to cook up a feast. High quality finish to the apartment so a brilliant base. About 20 minute walk into Paphos Harbour but a pleasant walk. Tina was brilliant in liaising with us and coordinating. Would highly recommend.

Lovely spacious appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious apartment. We booked it for 10 nights for three people but it could easily accommodate more. Our son was getting married in Cyprus and the guests all booked to stay in different places but our choice was one of the best. We had 10 people use the appartment to get ready on the day of the wedding and there was plenty of room. The balcony is a fabulous size. We hired a car and it was great to have a parking space with the appartment. We made many trips into the harbour area where the parking was free.which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend the appartment to others and would like to stay there again when we return to Cyprus. The Baileys

Having had such a great time before we chose to return to Hesperides Gardens. The apartment is as good as ever, in a good location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Huge balcony, part with shade and fabulous pool area. Can't believe how quiet this area is. Despite there being probably 85 apts in the complex, many were not being used. Never experienced more than 9 people in the ( large ) pool, mostly several less and on many occasions just me! In our particular block ( 10 apts ? ) only 4 seemed to be in use, indeed some appeared to never have been used. It felt as though we were in a private detached villa.We didn't bother with a car as we had explored before and the bus service is so reliable and frequent. Buy a weekly ticket for15 euros to use locally as much as you like, though sadly these cannot now be used after 9pm. This means the last usable bus from Kato Paphos is at 7.30 pm. After 9pm charge is 2.50 euros, otherwise 1.50 euros. We got our money's worth, sometimes 6 trips per day! Would highly recommend this apartment to friends and look forward to using again. Wouldn't even bother looking for an alternative - it's so good.

Fantastic family holiday

This was our first time in Cyprus and it now won't be our last. The apartment was excellent, very clean and superbly equipped. The pool is well equipped with plenty of sun beds and the right distance away from the apartment which can been seen from the lovely balcony. We had a couple of questions and the response was very prompt. The owners obviously know what is needed to give you a good holiday. I have already recommended the apartment to my family and friends. All amenities are easily located and the beautiful harbour is only a 10 minute drive away which has many restaurants. Parking is no problem either. We highly recommend the Jeep Safari and the day cruse on the Wave Dancer, they are both great days out and great value. The people are all so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The directions from the airport given by the owner were spot on. 20 minutes and no wrong turns.

A little gem

A really spacious and well laid out apartment, great balcony area too. Big pool with lots of loungers and sunshades. Friendly and helpful booking process with the owners. 2 small, but fully stocked supermarkets close by, within walking distance. I would recommend a car to get around to beaches, into the main town, places to eat and to explore further afield. The area and the apartment couldn't have been better or our first visit to Cyprus.
