ヴィラには3つのベッドルームがあり、フィスカルドから車でわずか10分です。 所有者のスタマティスと彼のイギリス人妻ジェニーは、独立したスタジオに住んでおり、必要な支援や情報を提供しています。 息をのむような景色は、海を越えてイサカとレフカスにあります。 ヴィラには、プロパティとスイミングプール4 m x 9 mの長さを囲む大きなテラスがあります。 フォキの楽しいスイミングベイは、ヴィラエヴレティとフィスカルド港の間にあり、ヴィラから車で約5分です。 ここの水は透き通っていて、夏には小さなタベルナが近くに開いています。車で10分ドライブすると、活気のあるフィスカルド港に到着します。 フィスカルドの村では日中、岬の周りを古い灯台まで歩いたり、周囲のビーチや岩盤から泳いだりできます。夜になると、港を囲む多くの小魚のタベルナでキャンドルライトに照らされます。 フィスカルド港からヨットやモーターボートを借りて、車でアクセスできない小さな入り江を探索できます。

Amazing villa with incredible views and lovely host

We had a great stay in the villa. A lovely open space inside with great outdoor space to eat, relax and enjoy the views. The pool area is great. The host Nataly was amazing, super helpful and friendly. She was the best and made us feel so relaxed and looked after. We would highly recommend staying here

Priceless Views

This Villa was perfect and the views are priceless. Natalia the host made us feel welcomed and arranged a taxi & car rental for us. The pool was a huge convenience since the beach is a drive.

Relaxation in the sun

Thank you to Jenny and Stamatis for their welcome, and for the delicious cake and moussaka. The villa is such a quiet, relaxing place to be with a beautiful view, and the walk down to the little cove for a morning swim was a delight. The nearby beaches - crystal clear, warm turquoise water - and the buzz of Fiskardo for evening meals were perfect for us. Happy memories!

A piece of paradise

The location of the villa gives breathtaking views across the water to Ithaca with incredible sunrises and sunsets. It is even more beautiful than the photographs show . The villa itself is very comfortable and clean and the pool is great and overlooks the fantastic view. We were able to completely unwind in the peace and quiet at the villa but also were only a 15 min drive from the beautiful and lively village of Fiscardo .The villa’s host, Nataly is very thoughtful , helpful and friendly . She helped to make the stay one of our best ever holidays .

Beautiful and relaxing

We had a wonderful week in Evreti Villa. We were made very welcome by Nathalie who helped us with planning our trips and taxis. The view is stunning and the outside space is fabulous with full sun and shade both available. We went to Fiscardo for dinner and drinks a few times and it’s a lovely marina with great restaurants where you can people watch and superyacht admire! We took a little boat out from Regina’s and explored Ithaca and the Kefalonia coves only accessible by sea. That was a really good day - though we are very used to boats already and I probably wouldn’t advise unless you have some experience. Evreti Villa had everything we needed for cooking. The air on worked very well and the beds were really comfortable. The wifi didn’t really work well for us so we used 4G. That’s the only thing that could be improved - if it’s possible- perhaps Starlink might work in a rural location like that? Anyway it was fine for us. Ah - I normally get bitten by mosquitoes on every holiday and I didn’t get a single bite this time! Whether it’s the lovely warm breeze blowing them away I just don’t know but it was marvellous! Thank you for such a relaxing week. We all enjoyed it very much and hope to come back.

What a view

We loved our stay here. We got taxis’s into Fiskardo most nights for 10 euros so great position. It doesn’t mention bbq in details but there is one. Only downside was the dishwasher just didn’t clean. Natalia was amazing brought us cake and biscuits. The villa was very good value especially with the 360o view. Highly recommend

Island paradise!

We had a fantastic time at Jenny and Stamatis’ house. We were made to feel so welcome and were treated as if we were family during our stay. The accommodation was spotless with a good sized pool and wonderful views from the terrace across to Ithaca. I don’t think the photos can capture quite how beautiful it is, particularly at sunrise and in the evening. All beaches and villages are within an easy 5-10 minute drive. We particularly enjoyed the local Evreti beach which is a beautiful secluded cove with crystal clear water - perfect for snorkelling. Ten out of ten for accommodation, hosts and for happiness factor when you open the shutters in the morning! We can’t wait to return.

Amazing holiday

Wow - what an amazing holiday. The villa was really lovely with just the most amazing 180 degree views of Ithaca across the sea. We arrived at night - so to wake up to that view was breathtaking. Jenny and Stamatis greeted us on arrival and, in a very unobtrusive way, were available to us throughout the holiday. Jenny's chocolate and orange cake and mousaka are both 10/10! The villa itself was really lovely - our highlights being good quality air conditioning in all of the bedrooms; two nice shower rooms; a well equipped kitchen; a lovely pool; a wrap around spacious terrace that had nice shady areas whatever time of day it was; lots of options for outside eating (two large tables); and loads of seating and comfy sun beds. There was a great gazebo which acted as extra shade in the day - but was a great gathering place for drinks in the evening. The outside lighting was also superb (we've stayed at lots of places that just let us down at night - but this was elegant and charming). The area is a hidden gem - with Fiscardo a 10 minute drive away (taxi drivers were all consistently and reasonably priced if you don't want to drive). Fiscardo has an abundance of lovely (reasonably priced) restaurants and bars. The roads are very quiet but amenities like tavernas, restaurants and bars are commonplace. Also some of the local villages are charming and almost all will have somewhere to eat and drink. The beaches are the best we have ever seen - there really are lots of hidden coves and on many occasions we found small beaches that were empty when we arrived and only ever had a handful of people on at worst. Favourites include Foki (it has a nice taverna), Evreti (it is down a hidden woodland walk so you need to ask Jenny for directions - you won't find it otherwise); Dafnoudi (another woodland walk); Myrtos (it's famous but parking is a nightmare) etc. Snorkelling is a must and we saw loads of fish, conch, octopus, fire worms etc. I'm rambling now but this was probably our best relaxing holiday in a while. Full marks to Villa Evreti and Jenny and Stamatis. We hope to return!

Loved our peaceful stay at Evreti.

The hosts were so helpful and charming. Jenny also made a delicious chocolate and orange cake on our arrival and would give our son fresh fruit from her garden each day. The house was extremely peaceful and private and had stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains and had the occasional sheperd herding their goats by the house. We loved our stay here and recommend staying here.

Amazing peaceful location

We had a fabulous stay at the Evreti villa. The location is amazing. The villa is in a small village with no through road and is so peaceful. There are a few other villas around but privacy is good. There are hikes that continue beyond the end of the road and the wildlife is beautiful. Fiscardo is about 10 mins in the car past beautiful Foki bay. Jenny and Stamatis live in the apartment below and were very welcoming, made sure we had what we needed and had great advice for restaurants and days out. Loads of outdoor seating and the canvas tent gives shade from the sun. I'd definitely stay again - thank you!

A glorious setting and a wonderful host!

We have just returned from two magical weeks at villa Evreti. The elevated position of the villa, looking across to the island of Ithaca and beyond to Lefkada is simply stunning. Every morning opening the shutters gave you that 'wow' moment of deep contentment. There is lots of outdoor space to enjoy this view, in sun and in shade and around the pool or BBQ, which is probably where you will spend most time rather than indoors. Our host Jenny and her lovely husband Stamati were absolute treasures and in truth, really made the holiday for us. Jenny was so generous with her time, advice, information and recommendations. We received gifts of cake, mousaka, samphire and nothing was too much trouble. She was attentive without ever being intrusive. We found having such a mine of local information really invaluable. Jenny showed us how to find the gorgeous little beach below the village that we could walk to, told us local history, advised us about fishing, boat hire, eating, shopping and so many other things. An 8 minute drive brings you to the beautiful Venetian harbour of Fiskardo, which we avoided at lunchtime when lots of ferries arrived and made it very busy, but for breakfast, dinner or a sundowner it was gorgeous. We particularly liked 'Le Passage' on the harbour front, great cocktails, charming staff and a fabulous spot for people watching. Next door was Roula's Grill which was an excellent dinner spot for meat eaters. Inside the villa is clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is adequately equipped for home cooking and barbecues which we enjoyed and made full use of. There is a big comfortable sofa and facility to watch dvds which is easy to use. My only very minor negative is that aspects of the bathrooms and cupboards were a bit tired in places but this is such a small negative which made no difference to our wonderful time at Evreti. We had a fabulous holiday and have no hesitation in recommending villa Evreti very highly. Thank you so much Jenny for making our holiday so special!

Comfortable villa in a stunning location

We stayed at Villa Evreti for 10 days and had a wonderful, relaxing (lazy) time. Jenny and Stamatis, who live downstairs, were so welcoming and helpful but gave us completely privacy. The property was spotlessly clean, with three good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, plus there were books and DVDs available for guest use. There's plenty of outside space and a great pool. The gazebo was very welcome in the heat of the day. We also have to mention Jenny's amazing orange and chocolate cake - wow, and such a treat on arrival. Thanks for the recipe! The villa has an enviable, peaceful location in Evreti with amazing views across the channel to Ithaca and glorious sunrises. It's an easy 7-8 minute drive into Fiscardo, which has a fantastic selection of restaurants and cafes, as well as three small supermarkets. Fascinating to watch all the yachts coming into the harbour and watch the world go by. We visited Foki Bay a couple of times - good idea to get there early and bag a space under one of olive trees - and then leave before hottest part of the day. We also hired a motor boat on two separate days (Regina's boat hire) and went up and down the coast stopping at the small beaches and snorkelling which was a great way to spend a day at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you Jenny and Stamatis.

Lovely villa in a fantastic location

We had a lovely week at Evreti Villa. Jenny, the owner, was really friendly and helpful both before we arrived and during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and snorkelling at the nearby beach at Foki, I absolutely loved the views from the terrace - stunning! The villa itself is comfortable and clean, to be honest we didn't spend too much time inside it as it was so nice being outside! All in all, a great place to spend a holiday on a lovely part of Kefalonia.

Exceptional villa

We arrived after 11pm following a late flight and, after stopping off at the brilliant local supermarket in Maganos, were greeted by the lovely Jenny, the villa owner, under a full moon reflecting off the sea amid the stunning view across to Ithaca. It was immediate relaxation. The villa is very comfortable and well proportioned all on one level. The pool was a hit with our boys as was the gazebo when it got too hot for them. Evreti is very tranquil but within easy reach of Fiscardo and other hidden taverna gems as well as the best beach (in our opinion) in Kefalonia - Alaties, where the term 'sun downer' takes on a whole new meaning. Jenny was the perfect host, always on hand but never intrusive. We would have no hesitation returning. Efharisto Jenny!

Wonderful holiday

Just had a fantastic week at Jenny and Stamatis' beautiful villa in Evreti. They are perfect hosts and provide everything you could possibly need. They are kind and welcoming and never intrusive but always available to help out with local information or to make restaurant reservations for you. The pool is immaculate and the villa scrupulously clean and tastefully decorated. A stunning location with amazing views. Can't recommend highly enough. And the cake is truly delicious!

Wonderful holiday.

We have just returned from our holiday at Evreti Villa. It is a beautiful villa with wonderful views to match. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Jenny. Coffee,Tea, Iced water and a chocolate and orange cake were there to add to the lovely welcome we received. The villa was bright and airy with beautiful views from all sides. It was well equipped and we needed for nothing. Jenny and Stamatis were great hosts nothing was touch trouble. Jenny even supplied a lunch for us which was delicious. If you want a quiet holiday with lots of beautiful views and of course the goats to keep you entertained this is the ace to go. A wonderful which we hope to repeat. .

Amazing Villa

We stayed at Villa Evreti for two weeks in August 2013. It is such a fantastic villa, the photo's don't do it justice! It is really comfortable and so well equipped, a real 'home from home'. Spotlessly clean and with a fantastic pool and BBQ, which meant some days we just didn't want to go out! We were met by Jenny and Stamtis the owners who were perfect hosts and couldn't have been more friendly and kind, making us feel like we were family. Jenny had even baked us a cake which was a lovely surprise - it was so good we now have the recipe! Having a local tour guide on your doorstep was such a bonus. We ate in restaurants that we wouldn't have known about and snorkelled from the most amazing beaches which we wouldn't have done without tips from Jenny. Views from the villa are breathtaking, so much so that our children begged us to wake them at 6:00am to watch the sunrise over Ithaca! There are lots of great local Tavernas and Fiskardo is beautiful and full of good, reasonably priced restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much we've booked for next year! We were really sad to leave.
