Great location

Condo was as described, good communication with owner. We were at the back of the property so just drove our car down to the lower parking lot and parked there when going to the beach. Location is close to everything. We were able to leave our luggage in their holding closet after check out since we had a late flight.

Fun Family Mini-Vacay

The resort was in a great area right across the street from the beach. The resort itself needs a little rejuvenation, but it looks like they are working on that with the rooms. We always appreciate the roominess of the condo style properties. The pool was well maintained and we enjoyed using the hot tub each day. The grounds are well maintained and we enjoyed the wild chickens and cats running around the property.

Wi-Fi was horrible. Check out advertise as 12 noon, then changed to 10 am. Carpet is dirty.

Location was ok. Carpet looks old and dirty. Towels are way too old, Can’t even exchange towels as their dryer is out of order. Wi-Fi was horrible. False advertisement of check out time

No ocean view Timeshare - mold

Location: The property is in a good (downtown Kihei) location with lots of commercial options at walking distance, at about 100 yards from a nice beach. Unit: discovered after booking that the units are assigned randomly as guests arrive and less than 30% have partial ocean/pool view. To pay a high price and be assigned to a ground level, office building view was awful. Our unit had a weird smell and we had to keep windows and doors open to get air flow to flush out the smell, which was caused by large mold damage in the secondary bathroom which I only saw 3 days into our stay (my boys did not bother to say anything smh). Informed management about it and they seemed dismissive until the maintenance guy came to check and uttered a shocked "Ohhhhhh" at the extent of the mold damage. How did no one see it?! Had to stay at the unit another night after management informed there were no other units available until the next day. Spent the last 3 nights in a unit with a partial ocean view which actually made the small balcony usable for some hang out/coffee/beer drinking. We've stayed at Maui before paying less/same with view/ better unit, but Maui is awesome no matter what, so we still had a great time! I will not come to the WorldMark again.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay to explore and enjoy Maui. Quick walk to the beach and good central location overall. Would definitely stay here again on future trips.

The units were larger than I expected. Everyone had a place to lay their head. Loved having the washer and dryer. The only bummer was there weren’t any beach supplies available (umbrellas, mats, boogie boards, sand toys, etc.).

Nice location

World Mart is very close to the beach and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Units do not have safes in them, the Internet intermittently works and the television scrambles a lot of channels intermittently so you can’t watch a show from start to finish. Those things should be remedied. Overall, the place is very nice. However, we had a unit above us that had rowdy kids that constantly ran through their unit and would disturb us early morning and in the afternoon when taking naps. At least when we called the manager they did respond and tried to solve the problem.

Great stay--close to beach and plenty of room!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The property is right across the street from Kamaeole Beach Park 1--we happened to get a room in the farthest building on the property but the beach was still well within walking distance. The people who work on the property were all so helpful and friendly and the grounds are beautiful. Tim, the property manager, was super responsive and great to work with. All of the rooms have been nicely renovated within the past few years, however there were parts of the condo that were still old/outdated such as the bifold doors, outlets, switches, and master bath. On the plus side, we had PLENTY of room for our family of five including 3 full-sized teenagers who all insisted on having their own beds. There were air conditioning units in all rooms which was wonderful and having a full kitchen was great. We bought prepared meals from the deli at Costco and saved a lot of money. There were food trucks and a shave ice van by the resort every day, and the food was wonderful. We'd often get lunch or dinner from the food trucks walking from the beach to our building each day. I'd definitely recommend this as a great place to stay for families!

Wonderful experience except…

TV was unavailable for the evening for local news/weather updates. Just in building 5 at the time, their response was we get 2 dvds to watch. Annoyed at property manager because they gave us no option. Only saving grace is owner had Wifi available (Thank you for that)! Other than that the stay was wonderful and would definitely like to stay in the same place next time.

A Great Experience

From beginning planning to arriving and enjoying our time there to the completion of check out and driving away from resort....a great experience! Our host, Tim, was wonderful and accommodating to work with. Family friendly, we loved our location and the lovely staff. We hope to return!

Great location, close to beaches and lots of places to eat close by. We had 3 condos for 18 of us. Worked great for us so we could do things together or on our own. Would stay here again.

50 yards to paradise

The condo is well furnished and has all the necessities of home. Walk across the street to Kameole 1 and enjoy sand and surf. We saw 4 turtles at once while snorkeling off this beach.

Great place for a great price!

It was like having your own condo. Large and spacious! Very easy for my elderly mother to access and move around in. Extremely handicapable friendly with elevator, large doors and walk-in shower.

Great location and great condo

We stayed here twice and trying to get back before end of summer. You can’t beat the location in Kihei right across the street from the beach and the ABC Store. Highly recommend Worldmark.

As advertised, great location!

In our opinion, Kihei and specifically the Worldmark couldn’t be in a more perfect location for your trip to Maui. The beach across the street (Kamaole I) is great for the kids, and all of the amenities we needed were right around us. All of our favorite Maui beaches are just south of this location roughly 20 minutes, and the freeway is right up the road for the times where you are looking to take off to other parts of the island, such as Lahaina or endure the road to Hana. I fully recommend this location!!!

not a place for family of 6+ or more, we could not even go to the pool at the same time. we had multiple rooms. poor room service, we requested for extra towels and pillows but none was delivered I will never recommend or stay at this property again. First and last

We loved it here!

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The resort is right next to one of the most amazing beaches in Maui! Great snorkeling and the turtles come right up to the shore. Very family/kid friendly! Within walking distance to beach, shops, convenience stores, rentals and restaurants was a huge bonus! The condos are perfect for larger families with plenty of sleeping space. The pool area was very nice and it was not hard to get a pool reservation. We loved the bbq areas. Very nice experience overall! We would definitely stay here again.
